Why do people think private companies are more effective than the public sector? @EE and @virginmedia so far nearly three hours to try and sort a simple house move - failing miserably Organisations that lose sight of the relationship with their customers fail, whoever they are

@FreakyPatty @EE Thanks, but I have tried that. Managed to get it working but I had to completely shut the iPad down and turn it on again!
