@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

@EE @EnglandFootball To avoid paying an unnecessary early termination fee, look to see if you're able to improve the coverage from EE. So you just blame the customer?

Would @EE like to try to justify why it is incredibly quick & easy to sign up to a service, but if you need to cancel a service because of poor coverage, you have to hang on with bad pop music for ages?

@EE is there something wrong with the network? Ever since upgrading my phone to the new iPhone I’m having poor connection daily when trying to watch videos or refresh news feeds on social media platforms.

@EE another day in Mexico unable to use my phone. Another day paying for the privilege, another day of being told to contact 150 even though I can’t! The lack of help and customer service from #ee is disgusting.

@EE I was told that I don’t have to do anything if I switch over to BT broadband and it’ll be really easy! Now I’m facing paying termination fee with Sky that you told me that I don’t need to worry about!! I’ll be making a huge complaint if that fee comes out of my account

@EE I'm panicking about this as I can't afford to pay the money & it's really stressing me out as @RoyalMail have been no help 😢 yes the return is part of an anytime upgrade I did. I sent it back straight away, I have my ref no. Can you check if it's arrived at all please ?

@IamBonglie @EE Ohhhh that just the start. Had this issue with them some years ago, the highlight being when they told me I'd have to go into the store to cancel as they couldn't do that online. Things got...ugly.
