@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

Anyone else experiencing data issues with #EE in the Edgware/Mill Hill area? On the phone to EE and they’re telling me a nearby mast is down…not sure I’m buying it. Especially as they tell me ‘it’s so recent we can’t tell you which mast it is’ @EE

i've contacted @EE six different times, and there has been each a different story, a different "fix", and nothing has actually been fixed. and today, i think i've got to the bottom of it - they think I'm using someething called Viber.

@EE are ****! FACT! Not only did they wrongly take £500+ off me days before Xmas, but when dealing with my complaint today the operator burst into tears!!! I’m the one that should be upset FFS!!

@EE I am done with talking to your company as it has gone on far to long with no acceptable resolution. I will get the message out to the public, in regard my disgust and your reprehensible treatment toward me, in whatever means possible
