@EE I’ve been trying to upgrade to an iPhone 13 Pro Max all day and it has been a disaster! Constant issues! I had a successful order cancel & have been faced with the attached message over & over again! I was supposed to receive a call back this PM which never came. Please help!

@EE how long have you been calling your customers liars. One of your customer advisors has been extremely rude regarding a known mast problem with signal in my area. I have been a customer for many years now. Please help.

@EE Ongoing issues with coverage in Edgware HA8 area for 4 weeks now due to mast de-commissioning. Apparently you need to put a new mast up and don’t have permission. An absolute joke. Calls cut-off as soon as you drive into HA8. You won’t let us leave either. Please explain!!

@EE hi, I have set up SMS notifications if there is maintenance of faults in the network near my home and work. I have now changed jobs, how do I change that so my SMS are for the new location? Thanks
