    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE I’ve all ready done that. Still won’t work. Looking at the comments there a fair few got same problem today.

    @EE @EE have been harassing me for months- as per dm I’m going through the financial ombudsmen- this has been one of the worst experiences of my life, never mind customer service, the stress and anxiety caused is inexcusable

    @EE you may be committed to excellent customer service but your shocking automated phone system says otherwise. How do you speak to a real person? Or don’t you want to talk to customers?

    Complaints process @EE a complete waste of time. Sit on it for 3 weeks, send a text asking if you still want to continue with complaint, sit on it a week then close complaint.
