@EE don't feel like spending another 45 minutes on the phone being passed to 4 different people. Ref 15002252. Why has my complaint been closed when the issue hasn't been resolved? The phone still doesn't work and you need to refund me for YOUR error.

@EE Jason I have spoken to 2 people. The second one couldn’t have cared less. For the sake of £50 you are about to lose a customer and given the monthly rate is more than £50 it seems like poor business decision. But hey!!

@EE No. They can see that I'm getting a drop , but not why. Openreach checked the line 3 times : no fault. They checked the history and there is no loss of service. Got a new router yesterday and I lost my connection 3 times anyway. What's next? Cause I'm at the end of my rope.
