    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE I have been a customer since 2003 now going to leave as keep being pestered by non-EE firms claiming to be EE. Either sort it out or goodbye.

    @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @EE why on earth must this signing up for a broadband service be so difficult and confusing?? My previous address is wholly irrelevant, as is my employment history! I hope you're not going to try and isntall BB at my previous address!

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come

    @virginmedia Great to hear a you problem in my area cant be fixed until at LEAST tomorrow afternoon. No TV, no WiFi and not even a land line phone. Thank the @EE gods for my mobile data🙏🏻 Not so good for my 80 year old parents now🙄
