@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

I attempted to test @OpenAI GPT5 today by asking it if @EE has an online chat for its customers, something I knew in advance EE doesn't provide. It ended up giving me a scum page which was asking for money to provide support for EE services.

@EE I moved to EE because I thought you might be better for small businesses.. how wrong was I! I need to increase my spending cap but your app doesn't recognise my number and your WhatsApp support sends me round in circles. How do I speak to a human to sort this out??
