    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE I have been a customer since 2003 now going to leave as keep being pestered by non-EE firms claiming to be EE. Either sort it out or goodbye.

    @EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

    @EE why is your wifi so bad? Told you it would be when i joined. But as usual your bit doesnt understand and no humans. All i wanted was to add another extender At least BT were mostly helpful, even their autobots sometimes. Ee now help whatsoever

    @EE I’ve made an appointment to speak with the branch manager next week, I will be making a formal complaint and taking the issue up with him and his staff will verify the hanging up on us. Why didn’t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?

    @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE This permission was applied for along with our next door neighbours property they had the work finished today we have to wait another few weeks before anything can be done my partner contacted you and we and each party is blaming the other for the issue

    @chriscollins462 @MissCatTrap @EE You rarely need to go to the ombudsman. All you need to do is make an official complaint and ask them to provide you with contact details for the ombudsman in case you are not satisfied with their response.

    WHY HAS MY SERVICE STILL NOT BEEN RE-ACTIVATED?? Its been over 5 days since i have paid my bill, RE-INSTATE before next friday or i will ask my lawyer to help me cancel the contract with you!!! @EE
