    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    So, after months of waiting, I finally get a GP phone appointment to discuss HRT and guess what, @EE signal is down and I can't make or receive calls. How flipping typical. I have to drive to the surgery to tell them I can't make a phone appt that I actually wanted face to face.

    @EE unable to get any reception in the New Royal Liverpool Hospital, as there are no signal boosters for your network. O2 and Voda are all fine. Will this be sorted out or do I have to change networks?

    @EE wonder if you could give some advice. We have lived at this address for 5 years and have just started getting EE branded envelopes addressed to someone we have never heard of. Does this mean they have "accidentally" given you our address to sign up fpr something?

    @EE How come you are rewarding new customers with 20% off additional lines yet as a customer of over 10 years I’m not eligible for that discount with my additional lines? Do you really value new customers that much more then existing customers?

    @EE well that was a shocking conversation with your staff. You have taken me off my Apple Watch plan as I could get an upgrade and then told me it was my fault for not phoning sooner. So I have been paying for a service I had not been getting. Fuming 😡
