  @EE I have been a customer since 2003 now going to leave as keep being pestered by non-EE firms claiming to be EE. Either sort it out or goodbye.

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @EE you ignored my message. Your DMs are automated and don’t read messages and your app chat bot doesn’t help either. My mobile network has been down for days. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. Your ‘updates’ say nothing. How are we meant to know what’s happening

  @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u

  @houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

  @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

  @EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:

  @EE @_deedee33 Love the fact your advice is to use a website to check service status and signal strength when the complaint is lack of signal / service. Think about it!?

  @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,
