@EE been informed that if I upgrade to full fibre max 500 then I’m unable to keep my landline and have to find another provider for this service? Is someone able to confirm - mixed messages with options of digital phone add-on available? I need to keep my landline number..

@EE have consistently failed to fix issues with signal, but have had no issues taking my money every month. I miss phone calls for therapy and medication because I have no signal!? In the city they advertise 5G. Do not sign up for EE in Newcastle, if you are, call and complain.

@EE Why am I STILL getting charged for my husband’s phone bill even though it was cancelled last year. Whenever I contact support they claim it’s stopped yet I keep getting bills for it.

@EE I've actually done it now by using a universal # code. My complaint is, why is there a ton of info about texting VM off to 150 which clearly doesn't work on ee forums? My phone is an iphone.
