    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE I have been a customer since 2003 now going to leave as keep being pestered by non-EE firms claiming to be EE. Either sort it out or goodbye.

    @EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

    @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

    @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

    @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.
