    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE I can’t even count on EE to provide me with a stable network. It’s shocking and will be leaving when my contract is up as I’ve spent months trying to sort it out.

    @StarLightPL @Nreal @EE I will also be reconvening with EE, as it was absolutely their responsibility to replace my device, and by refusing support they were breaking UK consumer law.

    @Nreal @EE I sincerely appreciate you working so fast to fix this. That said, it should not have taken a public twitter post to get this sorted. I really hope some internal changes are made to ensure this won't happen to any current or future Nreal customers.

    @EE Additionally, Nreal claim that their contract with EE states that they are not allowed to provide after-sales support for devices sold through EE. This was at EE's request. So I respectfully recommend EE take a good close look at their contract with Nreal and, you know, UK law.

    @EE Hi there, keep getting emails from you some 4 years later after leaving you. It’s about network issues in my area, there’s nothing there saying unsubscribe..

    @EE Also note this was so difficult to purchase in the first place, that I actually had to purchase it on a friend's mobile plan. So this support actually went through another person, I can provide their name if you decide to look further into this.

    @EE @rootmetrics Had EE broadband and you rang me up and offered us a "better deal" with BT and the Internet is slower and can't handle streaming a TV show and online gaming at the same time, now we're stuck with a crappy network and past the 14 days cooldown because "it takes a bit to settle in"

    Ultimately, @EE are the ones who broke UK law by denying me support with a faulty product within a couple months of purchase. But I did hit a dead end with both companies and I'm thrilled to see Nreal take responsibility and work on improving their support.
