@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

My @SamsungUK Z Fold 3 has cracked at the fold and the main screen is unusable BUT I was told that if they find any other damage I will be charged £750. Can someone @EE please explain this obsession.

@EE appalling customer service. Had intermittent since 22 January. Tried on 2 occasions through call centre to rectify this. After 55 minutes I was cut off and unable to get through again. #poorservice #lackoffustomercare

Again, @EE Customer Service is an absolute disgrace, never, ever buy anything from them. Waiting times never under 30 minutes, then you get cut off and have to start again. Then when you eventually get through the advisor lies to you (or more likely the system is a sham) and...

@EE really awful service getting an upgrade. Paid for early upgrade as my previous EE handset broke. Received text would be delivered Sunday, then a text saying sorry we missed you (delivery was to my work that was open and accessible, no sign of delivery attempt on CCTV) 1/2

@EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.
