    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

    @EE if you want to continue having my business I suggest you call me rather than some unknown satellite company who I cannot understand anyway due to terrible call quality. Thank you.

    I want to cancel my 4G tablet as the contract runs out this month. Do I have to do it over the phone ? @EE

    @EE I have been a customer since 2003 now going to leave as keep being pestered by non-EE firms claiming to be EE. Either sort it out or goodbye.

    @EE It doesn’t! Why is it so difficult for me to speak to a human being? If I DM you my phone number, could somebody call me? If not, then I’ll just cancel. I’ve had enough if this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years then it’s not worth me staying with you.

    @EE how do you justify £300 charges in one go to cancel wifi a bit earlier? You are money grabbing and have 0 ethics. I will never recommend you to anybody and will make sure everyone is aware how you operate as a business

    @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

    @O2 Nah.. it’s ok.. I’ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!
