I'll be seeking legal advice on this @EE as this has never worked since we joined EE. Hence our chat on 21st Dec 2021 here on Twitter. That was the single most rude statement I've ever been told by a company. Basically, if she's still alive we'll review it then. So rude.

@EE Your team have been so unhelpful today so I had to cancel the direct debit through the bank! I explained that I have been (unknowingly) paying for a phone for YEARS that I haven't used. I know about the direct debit guarantee. Please help..
