  @EE I’ve done it now but there is always an issue. It says don’t use the WiFi so there’s no way to actually do it.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @dpduk_ just to make you aware your drivers have unauthorised people doing deliveries while in the van. You attempted to deliver with a photo of the wrong address. Your customer service response was il raise it. Then to my response of I hope I get it tomorrow was sure. @EE

  @EE its the same with your website. Seriously needs a rethink. Also the price has shot up from £44 to £48. Since EE got involved with BT nothing but problems.

  @EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

  @EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky
