@EE I used to be able to download VAT invoices, this stopped at some point. Are you going to fix this? - I have no interest in changing account types. I need to know if I should stay with EE or not.

@EE Yes, all sorted. I called tech support. There was a software issue at your end but he was able to sort my account manually. The wider problem probably needs to be addressed though. Thanks.

EE randomly turned my internet earlier.. rang them and they told me it’s an issue in the area effecting 18 accounts. Still not working 5 hours later. If it’s not working tomorrow morning when I start work it’s going to be problems @EE
