@EE can someone please look into the issue in HR2 0QB and provide an update. Service has been impacted since 5th of Jan. I would like a proper answer and not the generic replies I have been getting from online chats and phone calls.

@EE the worst service ever, sell a phone that performs poorly, you complain and actually agree to pay to upgrade and they want to charge £400 to upgrade to a decent phone when I have had nearly 12 months of problems, Kevin Bacon thinks its No1 but I think it’s poor

@EE Yes and we have a move in date but I obviously don't want to affect current owners service and I wouldn't want any hardware shipping out.
