    First evening off for ages and I wanna watch a movie but now my @EE broadband is down and I can’t get online to watch a movie 😭

    @EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

    @EE Day 2 of broken Smart Hub. No Internet, WiFi for tv or landline. Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. I assume our next bill will reflect this?

    @EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏

    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?

    @EE I’d like a big complaint to be filed please this is an absolute joke no way of contacting you guys and your reps asking me to buy another SIM card just to contact you about my eSIM how does that fking work 3 days of this now 🤬
