@EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

@EE Hi Helen But the problem was that I couldn’t get a working eSIM via MyEE, which is why I had to go to an EE store - with my passport. To activate the eSIM you needed to send me a code via SMS, and I couldn’t receive SMS messages because I didn’t have an activated eSIM!

When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

@EE Better with new router. Speed up to 8 Mb/s from 2 max. Need fine tuning with discs to get reasonable signal through house. Bemused to find speeds in original Contract Summary w/out new router were 12.3 - 13.6, min 11 & 9.3 - 10.4, min 8.4 with new one! Down 26% min guaranteed.
