@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

@EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

@EE Yes I’m in the ng32 postcode area. There definitely is an outage. Unfortunately my ee phone is my only way of contacting the outside world as we have no landline and I live 5 miles from anyone else.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried to run a line test it gets stuck I can't call due to phone not working on WiFi and very and signal on @EE right now there's obviously a major issue across all tech right now why can't you all just admit it

@EE mobile data and EE services are definitely down. I can only access online data via WiFi. Additionally, the My EE app won't work at all - even on WiFi. Phone services still appear to work as I can send SMSs. It is not people mistakenly attributing facebooks problems with you.

@IBigIBen @EE I can’t use my 4G either but equally my WiFi through Vodafone won’t connect either? Anyone else having a WiFi issue too?
