    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE I’ve all ready done that. Still won’t work. Looking at the comments there a fair few got same problem today.

    @EE How do I get my PAC code from yourselves? Tried texting, told I have multiple lines, have to do online or ring. Tried online, link takes me to help page, no PAC code. Been on hold to 150 for 45 minutes in total.

    The fact you have to call @EE if you want to cancel anything is ridiculous. Cant cancel in store, cant cancel online, but then cant get through without an hours waiting time on the phone. Should be illegal. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to purchase.

    Unhappy with @EE service.Friend renewed contract with btsport add on,can only view on phone.Contacted you 3 times, each time you say it'll be fixed but need to wait 24 hours for the large screen viewing to be activated. It is still not working 😡
