@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

I am aware this is a very 3rd world problem, but @virginmedia went down at 8pm and estimated fix is 4pm today. As someone who's prettymuch dependant on the internet for 90% of my life (disabled, mostly live online) it really hurts to be tehtering my @EE right now.
