Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

@EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

@EE Why am I only getting 3G? I have a EE esim & a @SMARTYMobileUK physical sim. Smarty is 4G & you are 3G. My wife is next to me & she has 4G! This seems to be a regular occurrence, it’s ridiculous & not good enough. Clearly not the UK's No. 1 network from where I’m sitting.
