    Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

    @EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

    @EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

    @EE I have been a customer since 2003 now going to leave as keep being pestered by non-EE firms claiming to be EE. Either sort it out or goodbye.

    @EE Upgraded my phone online last night as a treat to myself and received my confirmation email. Today you send me a text message to say there was an issue and ask me to contact a representative on the live chat. There was no issue. You have kept me online for 1h45m for the sole purpose of first trying to also sell me an additional tablet, then broadband and when that didn't work either, a watch. After refusing all of the above and finally being allowed to leave the chat, I find you have charged me an additional £7 for a phone/screen cleaner I did not ask for and do not require. Your website is also terrible and impossible to navigate efficiently. This is not good customer service at all :(

    @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

    @EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

    @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

    Hi. Been waiting +2 weeks for #EE to sort out a major issue. 2 handsets but set up incorrectly with data allowance. Called my #business account person. Not interested. Not his problem. Went in store. Not their #problem . Thing is, I will take this all the way! @EE

    @EE your customer service is horrendous. I've had a complaint open for 6 weeks and everyone has been extremely unhelpful.
