Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

@EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

@EE I know Facebook and so on are down, but I also cannot access websites via EE 4G at the moment, and iMessages are taking forever. Twitter seems to be the only thing working for a lot of people!

@EE as with others, both of us are with EE and neither of us can use our hotspots at the moment. Comes up that we are not connected to Internet even though hotspot shows as connected. We are in Brighton. Is this a countrywide problem?

@EE what’s going on with your network? In Bradford area (BD19) and mobile data isn’t working at all (oddly Twitter seems to work…) appears I’m not the only person affected
