    @EE this is the 3rd tweet I’ve sent not had reply to any others tried live chat apparently I don’t have broadband or mobile with you (been cust for so many yrs - maybe I will stop all DD til problem sorted will do it at 11pm if no reply

    @EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

    Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

    @EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

    @hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!

    @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

    @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF £19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

    @EE We have phoned and got through to someone, seems like an update last night made the router go offline. Had to do a factory reset and reconfigure our network settings to get it back running again.

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    @EE How incompetent are you people, had an account for 15yrs with 2 numbers, you still send the important information the the secondary number and not the primary one. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FIX IS IT
