Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

@EE no mobile broadband today , ME17 area , called customer service to be told no network today from 8am to at latest 18:00 a bit notice in advance would have been nice. Not good when need this to Work from home !

@EE To head office. Upgrade would then be cancelled told I had to do it all again. I asked to re deliver to my home address but this wasn’t an option. Wasted time and money. EE customer for over 10 years also. Very frustrating
