@EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

25 years+ of loyalty to @EE and orange, but customer service during latest iphone13 upgrade a total shambles. No reply to complaints and promised callbacks haven’t happened. Will be voting with my feet and leaving EE asap.
