@EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

@EE disappointed with your service. Called in Feb to ask if account had 5G, you confirmed it had. No 5G signal on my 5G phone, called last week to query turns out wasn't enabled. Had to upgrade and told new SIM being sent out. No SIM arrived. Called today, don't need new SIM!

@EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

@EE hi there, had an engineer out 3 weeks ago to fix our connection, he got it working again but advised that we might need a new router. connection has been down again since last night - what are the next steps in getting a new one sent out ASAP?

@EE are absolutely shocking! Refusing to give my money back because I didn't notify them about cancellation when they refused to help me when I tried to upgrade in store! Literally any excuse to hold your money. Rude service and just want your money without caring how they get it
