@EE I spoke with someone yesterday regarding broadband issue. It is still not working. TV still says no internet connection. WiFi staying it’s full signal but not working. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting advise and I’m not in arrears. It’s been nearly two days like this! Help!

@bt_uk I’d like Wi-fi in just one room BT, such a joke of a service for £90 a month! Don’t waste you money. Currently using all my @EE data up which is 25GB a month as I can’t use Wi-fi in just one room of my house!

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@EE No sign of any local issues. But I can still not use my phone during the day. No WiFi/ mobile data. Can only use it about 9.30pm onwards. Even just phone calls during the day are very hit and miss.
