When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

Mark (@MrMChilds) reported@EE @ee if no engineer visits tomorrow I’ll be making a formal complaint to @Ofcom. Apparently I have to wait 30 days to cancel. That ain’t happening. All 4 SIM cards will be cancelled as well. I will not be fobbed of with excuses and keep moving the estimated repair date.
