  @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

  @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment

  @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.
