@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

Hi @EE, wife looking after elderly parents this week so signed up for unlimited add-on so she can still do some remote working. Unfortunately when hotspotting connection seems to go from 4G to No Service quite often at GU12 4ST. Anything we can do to improve or get refund? K
