@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • Suzy_dashey Susan (@Suzy_dashey) reported from Great Glen, England

@EE please can you tell me why my service is so appalling? Dropping calls, not connecting. Phone ‘having signal’ but no one can get hold of me? Not ideal!

Dear @EE why have I got no signal yet again?? It seems to be getting worse and worse !!

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

  • MarkMorrison94 MDM (@MarkMorrison94) reported from Rugby, England

@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

  • glennworth Glenn (@glennworth) reported from Narborough, England

@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....

  • ZNC1993 // c o u l s o n // (@ZNC1993) reported from Markfield, England

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

  • FamilyK613 FamilyK613 (@FamilyK613) reported

@EE web browser/internet is v slow&can’t make what’s app/face time calls for a good few days now. All fine when using Wi-Fi though. Apple said it’s to do with EE. Please advise as not getting anywhere with your website. V frustrating!

  • StuartMaddison Stuart Maddison 🇺🇦 (@StuartMaddison) reported

The new @EE app is going to take some getting used to. The UX seems a lot less intuitive — it just took me ages to work out how to gift data, when it used to be a home page option — and it’s an unattractive new white layout. Having to set up a new login was a nuisance, too.

  • EmmaDav53729337 Emma Davenport (@EmmaDav53729337) reported

@EE customer service received this evening when trying to upgrade phone has been appalling… over an hour in store with phone in stock, change name and can’t get upgrade then called twice to 150 and cut off! Now still on hold over 3 hours to get an upgrade!

  • oratoba Oratoba (@oratoba) reported

@motoridersd @EE Yeah because I have poor phone reception in my apartment. I did run a microcell but EE are now suggesting I use wi-fi calling instead... Without realising it still drains the phone faster because the phone still has to ping some distant tower.

  • motoridersd Jorge (he/him) (@motoridersd) reported

@oratoba @EE Huh, that is a lot of mobile network.

  • 180deedee sarah (@180deedee) reported

@EE Thanks Jenny have registered now. The signal used to be really good but there seems to be more and more periods of it being pants. Hopefully the work will be completed soon and back to the great service we used to receive

  • mikewiow MikeW (@mikewiow) reported

@kirk__ryan @EE *we* have spoken with EE (from the UK) - sounds like a f'king network issue in Ireland with EE. Networks *have* now appeared.... I await a response from @EE with their suggestions of compensation for a) not providing the service b) making us chase them up to resolve 🙄
