@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

Two months we wait for our broadband to be installed, it finally gets installed last Thursday. This Thursday, it’s down again and for ‘at least’ five days too. @BT Openreach and @EE, you really are pathetic.
