  • joelmurray

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • Turner15Gregory
Gregory Turner (@Turner15Gregory) reported from Ibstock, England

@EE I am a blind customer and concerned about whether text messages concerning upgrades sent by EE are legitimate. Some advice here would be gratefully appreciated thank you.

  • wolveydarlopete
Peter Stockill (@wolveydarlopete) reported from Wolvey, England

What an unbelievably crass customer service procedure you have @EE following another unresolved call you have yet again closed the complaint.

  • shakermaker_AD
ArDent (@shakermaker_AD) reported from Hinckley, England

The attitude of @EE call centre staff is usually a pleasure but for the little prick that has just called trying to offer me ‘special discount deals’ because I’m a ‘valued customer’. The deals were no different to what I can see online myself, so there’s nothing special at all!

  • tomnovy
Tomasz Nowicki (@tomnovy) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

  • paz_thanki
paresh thanki (@paz_thanki) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE sort your issues out unable to make or receive any calls in the last 1.5hr.

@EE I am one of your blind customers who has twice now received a text message to indicate that my network settings have been updated. Why am I receiving these text messages?

  • will_pither
Will Pither (@will_pither) reported from Earl Shilton, England

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

  • DarrenS78
Darren (@DarrenS78) reported from Ratby, England

@EE any problems with signal on 4g? Just one bar most of time today. Calls breaking up.

  • Lucas7710
Luke Gosling (@Lucas7710) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE what up with your network in Leicester none of my txts are landing to recipients. I have sent four and none of them have landed.

  • djstar3d
David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  • Leigh984
Leigh Spencer (@Leigh984) reported from Newbold Verdon, England

@EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

  • PeteMartinPhot1
Pete Martin Photography (@PeteMartinPhot1) reported from Leicestershire, England

Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

  • EllieMBond

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.

@EE How am I meant to check mobile network issues when you need me to login, but that requires a code that you sent to my mobile🙄

  • RoyKentsSocks
    Rach ⚽ (@RoyKentsSocks) reported

@EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.

  • Barbara25122320

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?

  • mikegardner_wb

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

@EE good evening , after trying all day to reach customer services and actually “ speak” to someone I am constantly directed to a message service that tells me all is working fine 😱 it’s not or I would t be wasting my time . I’m losing the will to live and out of contract

  • PaulWelters
    Paul Welters (@PaulWelters) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.
