@EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

@O2 . Dear o2, this is a thread on your customer service. I have a contract with your for £10/month. I recently activated a USA travel bolt-on and travelled to the USA for 5 days where I utilised it (I note it included a shockingly bad 0.5mbps speed cap @EE are much better here)

@EE Hi, is there any update on the broadband outage in the KY2 area, is there at least a estimate time for it to be fixed. it's been out since Thursday and when I called your CS they said it had been fixed but another Rep said it hadn't and I'm still without Internet. thanks.

@EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.
