  • The_sooze S҉u҉z҉y҉ (@The_sooze) reported from Coalville, England

@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

  • glennworth Glenn (@glennworth) reported from Narborough, England

@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....

  • djstar3d David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

  • analoguedisastr analoguedisaster (@analoguedisastr) reported from Leicestershire, England

@NoServiceHereUK Leicester city centre. 1 bar of reception. Twitter barely loads. @EE awful I pay £70 a month for a phone I can barely use. What a joke. Can’t wait for my contract to end... absolute waste of money I travel the uk a lot, doesn’t get much better at anywhere

  • tomnovy Tomasz Nowicki (@tomnovy) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

  • Leigh984 Leigh Spencer (@Leigh984) reported from Newbold Verdon, England

@EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

  • will_pither Will Pither (@will_pither) reported from Earl Shilton, England

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

  • coopercarman David J Leeke (@coopercarman) reported from Anstey, England

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  • Lucas7710 Luke Gosling (@Lucas7710) reported from Leicestershire, England

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

Trying to work from home, teach year 2, and look after a two year old with intermittent broadbanf is near impossible. Please help @ee!

@BillyBrownSongs @EE I'm the same, no one replies I just get calls saying I'm going to be blocked on social media when all I did was upload evidence of a member of staff lying and making malicious calls to emergency services

  • lilotweeting No Pun Lilo (@lilotweeting) reported

@elgobsucram @CambridgeGuy1 @EE I’m going to ask what I assume is a stupid question, but have you raised it as fraud?

  • whitton_scott Scott (@whitton_scott) reported

@EE this is disgusting. The increase this year will be 14.4 % (CPI 10.5% + 3.9%) and we’ll contact all customers, via email or SMS, well ahead of any price changes, clearly stating what this will mean to each customer. These price changes take effect on or after the 31 3 2023.

  • AbThedoctor Dr Abraham Iwakun (PhD) (@AbThedoctor) reported

@AFamilyUK @EE @EE I called you guys this morning and no solution was provided except paying what I can and owing collection services. I suggested reducing my allowance, but that was declined. I’m on a 125GB allowance but only use about 30GB average, why could a reduction not be accepted?

@XboxP3 @EE As an EE customer, this means that it would work maybe 10% of the time and when it does work it will be like being back in the days of dial up.
