@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE Do not join EE, I've had an awful experience and one I'll never forget. I was verbally abused on the telephone and although I've made a formal complaint it has been ignored and swept under the carpet. Will be removing all my accounts from EE ASAP.

@EE Thanks Ian. Myself & others have been unable to identify source of problem. A few hours after Twitter suddenly became unavailable, it equally as suddenly a few hours later, became available as usual. This outage appears only to have impacted on those using computer & ethernet.
