    The attitude of @EE call centre staff is usually a pleasure but for the little prick that has just called trying to offer me ‘special discount deals’ because I’m a ‘valued customer’. The deals were no different to what I can see online myself, so there’s nothing special at all!

    Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

    @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. I’m no technophobe but it’s so hard to navigate and now it won’t work!

    @virginmedia lost a customer today. Sales team are awful however @EE gained a customer with their fast and fluent service. Will not be moving away from EE like I did last year. Long term customer now. Lost your chance Virgin.

    5th day with no mobile service following an upgrade from @EE, promised a call for support between 9 & 4 today and the call came at 3.58 and was missed. Obviously not bothered in resolving the issue despite the number of days without a service. A very poor customer experience.

    45 minutes on hold trying to speak to someone at @DPD_UK and ask why mu two iPhones I ordered from @EE were split into two orders to be delivered on two separate days. What awful performance, @EE not interested either.

    @OnePlus_Support Simple enough question DM is far too private everyone needs to know this answer Your Customers would like an answer also in case their phone was lost or stolen. IF my phone was stolen how would i go about having it blocked instantly since it is not tied to a network like @EE

    @brokenpromithes @EE @TIDALSupport I had the same problem with my provider before some weeks. I made a "mtr" and have seen that a router in the middle had a big paket loss. So the provider changed the Level3 carrier to another and it was working fine after some days...

    @EE Such dreadful service!! Was on hold for 15mins trying to get through to your upgrades team before giving up! Makes me wonder why I'm upgrading at all, maybe l should be talking to your leaving team. Worst part is, it's probably the same team for both! #TimeToLeave

    @EE The 4G coverage in my home town of another Beverley is why I mentioned the overall 4G coverage in the UK.! There are so many black spots it’s ridiculous and yet all @EE are focused on is trying to get customers into another service called 5G..! I work in the telecoms industry too

    @EE I have another issue which I may as well deal with. Where I am living in Pinner there are so many black spots with no coverage. Other networks seem to work just wondering what can be done about it...

    @CPWTweets I really should have gone with my gut and let @EE handle my concern and offer me a better deal to begin with. Maybe there was a breakdown of communication however I don’t feel valued as a customer at #carphonewarehouse. Appreciate if this matter could be resolved.
