@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@MarinaPurkiss @EE My 87 year old Dad had a similar bad experience with @EE who took over £800 from him for a contract he didn't need and for a mobile phone he never received! Shocking company.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had my phone stolen on holiday once and before I had chance to cancel my contract the scum had already wracked up £1000+ in calls to countries in Africa, they made me pay those calls even though their had never been calls made by myself to those countries.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE This reminds me of when Virgin Media cut off my television service & then tried to charge ME for breaking my contract! A fantastic Consumer Protection Officer with my local council got them to back down
