    @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

    @EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

    @EE you need to really sort out your customer service advisors and train them to give the correct information I will be sending back my phone and leaving this network. Over 10yrs being a customer and today I have lost all loyalty to this shambles of a network

    Hi @EE why don't you text people when the mobile internet is down in there area so I'm not stood at the bus stop trying to load my ticket to no avail because mobile internet is down. How exactly are you supposed to check?

    @EE Your Wrong, but your colleague on the phone has agreed with me on most and he excepted I am not paying until EE resolve or the Ombudsman Service do. And any action whilst in Deadlock by EE will be breaking ofcom Rules. Speak soon, No need to reply. I wait for letter. Ur choice
