@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lywyn dARREN (@lywyn) reported

@EE I have spoken to your network engineers who have stated the issue is the new distribution warehouse has increased the number of phones connecting to the nearby cell tower. Great signal elsewhere but the coverage map is wrong about our area.

  • Rhuari1 Rhuari Mcgowan (@Rhuari1) reported

Terrible customer service from @ee yet again. Service is awful

  • KellieTurtle kellie turtle (@KellieTurtle) reported

So if this is a genuine call from @EE it is terrible practice in terms of promoting good data security behaviour from customers. But I really am convinced it was a scam, though now I see how hard it can be to tell the difference sometimes. It's only in hindsight...7/

  • elab49 ELab (@elab49) reported

@EE why are there ways to check network status for mobile but the entire page for home broadband presumes the issue is never your network and just asks about router/phone line. First thing I want to know, as with mobile, is if the problem is the network

  • lywyn dARREN (@lywyn) reported

@EE I understand you want to help but after spending hours talking to EE and reaching a network engineer level (which is pretty much the top) and being told it is what it is, I'm not doing it all again. The coverage map is a waste of time as it is a computer model and not real data.

  • Eb_Benny217 Benny The Southern Red... (@Eb_Benny217) reported
