@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

  • tomnovy

  • joelmurray
Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • djstar3d
David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for Β£18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (Β£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for Β£25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@EE I've already issued them my PAC. However, what is the procedure from EE's side if I decide to cancel with O2 within the 14 day cool off period and stay with EE?

  • HercDotMe
    Herc.ME (@HercDotMe) reported

@EE False advertising. I live in London, have both O2 and EE and where I live EE barely gets any signal and only 4G, no 5G. I'm not sure what this is ad is referring to but it is certainly not network (data transfer) speed. Moreover, #noRoamingCharge on O2.
