    @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @alexblaggerz @EE Should do. The last mast was opposite the premier inn near the station. When that was taken down in July all these problem occurred. The mast is closer to warley this time. Other side of the tracks.

    @EE I haven't had Internet for 3 months now. 3 months!!! Paying for nothing and paying more to top up my data I've had to use instead! Engineer never turned up last week & today engineer has 1 hour to arrive before they've missed another appt. So frustrating!!

    @Miimisota @DBright83 @EE It seems to be an android issue. If you can uninstall an "app" called webview. It will uninstall the latest update. Webview allow certain apps to run and there seems to be a bug with it
