@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

@EE Do you have people cold calling about supposed Internet issues in the S12 area. There is a man knocking on doors with an EE branded hi-vis vest on, but couldn't give me any details when I asked about the issues.
