  @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  @EE EETv is the worst subscription I’ve ever taken out can’t wait to go back to Sky the customer service is basically telling me I’m wrong there’s no problems or it’s WiFi controlled so we can’t guarantee your tv programs all the time the tv guides are wrong most times awful

  Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.
