    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover Iโ€™m getting a new landline which isnโ€™t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasnโ€™t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if Iโ€™m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today ๐Ÿ˜ญ I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE internet struggling at half 10 at night with just my Xbox connected to it is a ******* joke. I'm paying for an apartment WiFi "optimiser". Reported this so many times but just get sent to a bullshit AI chat that doesn't help

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

    @MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.
