-
caitlyn1972 (@AlwaysAnAngel72) reported@EE waiting for my new phone which should have been here yesterday but was a problem with your end. It was sent yesterday but I don't have an order number to track it fully. How do I get this please? I got the text from DPD but it's just stuck at Morley Depot.
-
Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE This doesnโt help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.
-
Nicky B (@nickybarrot84) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mutโs nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, youโll get nothing !!!
-
Xander (@xanderwasserman) reported@SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Might be a stupid question, but have you considered @Starlink?

Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. Itโs taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or Iโm off the sky
-
Some UK Tesla Guy (@SomeUKTeslaGuy) reportedSo today's customer service issue is a really unpleasant experience with @EE. I have 'Mobile Broadband' with them and, whilst on holiday, a fault seemed to occur. So I called up, got passed around, talked to 3 different people. After passing security with the first two, I still eventually got asked for a password which I was pretty sure I'd never set and, after two attempts, I was told that's it - I had to go into an EE store with the device and my passport. So I go in, and it's a billing problem. They'd sent a message to the device's phone number (which is never used, as it's a home broadband router), I'd had no email or other warning. Sure enough, the helpful store guy said, there's often no password but the system asks for one anyway. So I got a payment missed charge (lots of stuff in and out - I had missed something) and had to drive an hour round trip and pay parking to get someone who knew what they were talking about. Bloody ridiculous.

3LandObserver โฆ๏ธ (@3LandObserver) reported@EE @geynosha And yet you *don't* understand, because your "solution" is for him to get an unnecessary UK number just to use your stupid Wi-Fi at this stupid hotel.
-
Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE Im making enquiries of sky at the moment as they will pay up to ยฃ200 to cancel existing contracts
-
geynosha (@geynosha) reported@EE If I buy your service as tourist at least give me a chance to register!
