It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

Paul Leetham (@leetham_paul) reported@EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone
