Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, EnglandYou know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!
-
Baron Woke of the Anti-Growth Coalition 🇺🇦🐟 (@SteveJonesnono1) reported from Nuneaton, EnglandI surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.
-
Will Pither (@will_pither) reported from Earl Shilton, England@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!
-
Tom (Bungel) Kench (@KenchThomas1983) reported from Nuneaton, England@EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

-
Gareth Brown (@gaznet) reported from Swadlincote, England@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.
-
Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

-
Leigh Spencer (@Leigh984) reported from Newbold Verdon, England@EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.
-
Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

ArDent (@shakermaker_AD) reported from Hinckley, EnglandThe attitude of @EE call centre staff is usually a pleasure but for the little prick that has just called trying to offer me ‘special discount deals’ because I’m a ‘valued customer’. The deals were no different to what I can see online myself, so there’s nothing special at all!
-

-
Rhian (@rhiangibson_) reported@EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE You really don’t have any concept at all of my frustrations and today I find out you’ve taken payment from my bank for services I haven’t as yet received - up to the 22nd July everything was great I was with BT since this date everything has been awful - the service, the poor attempt a placating myself and worse of all your promises, constant apologies and procedures - a pile of 💩 that’s how I would describe everything I’ve experienced so far
-
The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reportedHay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

C.A.T. (@CATMANU79) reported@bmstewart2004 Was with @EE who are ****. Just left them for @Virgin £91.99 for e'thing+1gb. Was stuck in a 2yr contract after being forced to switch from BT. Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.
-
SpionK (@Eltidostar) reported@EE it seems that you have utilised dial-up technology for your 5G in TA9 area #poorsignal #slow
-
Darren Alexander (@Alexander220517) reported@EE @birthdaycakexo The whole country’s the same, Inverness, Angus and Dundee area… when I went down to England it was the same. Service providers know yet they keep panning the customers off with the same bullshit. The uks infrastructure is a joke and it’s not going to get better
-
Stephen (@Stephen090704) reported@alwaysMadManC87 @EE Sounds like the same guide that was rude to me too!
-
John (@j199024) reported@_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Thought you might like an update- the engineer attended and ran his tests - I was told the test indicated I was getting 350 mb download speed - I said that’s not what I’m signed up to I’m signed up to minimum1.3GB - so not even close - The engineer said I have to contact EE they can sort it from their end - I just felt like laughing at him - so I contacted EE and tests were run I even managed to run a speed test myself - and guess what we got an increased speed of 930 mb/s still way short of what I’m supposed to get - and it was agreed that the fault still existed - fast forward to 17:40 this evening and so get a text saying everything should now be ok - great I thought so I turned off the router and restarted it as I was told to do in the text - and wait for it - what a pile of 💩 it’s not fixed in fact I’m now only getting 850 mb/s - so the fault hast been corrected and I’m once again having to pay for a premium service which is worse than the BT service so was advised to change away from - Once again lie after lie after lie - I want this sorting - I want someone more senior to contact me and explain this whole thing through - and tell me the truth - why am I paying for something I’m not getting !!!!
