    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @EE Hi, I was able to log in via the app. But as soon as it launched, it closed down automatically. I uninstalled, and then reinstalled, so it seems to be fine now 👍

    @EE I’ve tried 150 as well and it puts me through to the same automated payment service which still isn’t working. Any idea how long this will take to fix? I don’t have the time to sit on hold as I’m working so wanted to pay quickly

    @EE how is it you answer calls about upgrades in 2 seconds but when you have an issue you're on hold for 40mins & counting..
