    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @EE It's been nearly a month since i reported issues with the mobile wifi. Initially told it was due to works in the area, then that the sim might be faulty, then that the hub needs to be fixed. I was THEN told it was working fine even (after being sent back) though it wasn't p1

    @EE customer service is surprisingly bad - because I won’t answer a call at random times on a Sunday, they close the complaint & make you start again by complaining to a different dept (rather than just passing it over internally) So many big firms with terrible customer service!

Jade says she will speak when ur in store so travel 15 miles to store just for her to ask for EE member then hang up without speaking to myself. Disgusting now I see why my stepdaughter left

    @EE I have upgraded my phone (which is being returned to you) and my ‘new’ contract still has BT Sport attached. I have tried to watch football a couple of times over the last week but keep getting an error message. I am paying for something I am not getting. Help.
