    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. I’m no technophobe but it’s so hard to navigate and now it won’t work!

    @Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

    @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

    @EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom

    Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

    @EE tried to renew my contract and agreed on a price and the agent is like "don't worry about the contract the pricing is wrong but it's right on my end" ??? Do you think I'm stupid? I've not signed anything and now it's gone through? I've had confirmation emails. Unwind this now

    @EE Respectfully im not going through to the same teams I've been put through to already as my complaint was deemed no resolution, however one of your employees made the fatal mistake of misleading me with factually incorrect information so I'll be taking it to the ombusman
