@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

@EE Like many EE customers abroad, my son has recently lost service due to colossal “extra charges” arising from an EE systems problem that’s not recognising his roaming Add On. After many messages & calls he’s had service restored but new extra charges are back & rising @ £6/MB.

@EE It lets me go through the process and at the point it’s usually complete it shows an error message. I can see that others are experiencing the same. I’ve 3 contracts with 140gb on 2 phones and only 3gb on another which has now run out. Also, I have signal issues with my 5G

@EE you are in danger of losing a customer. My Mother has received about 10 texts from EE in the last 12 hours. Who wants texts in the middle of the night waking them up. How do we get them to stop!
