    So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE I have added the BT Sport add on and have the large screen add on active on my account but everytime I try to access via non-mobile it tells me I need to upgrade my account. Can you please help? Play extra for nothing at the moment.

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE No but what I don't understand EE has treated this problem like it's individual to people when it was clearly an EE issue affecting loads of people who couldn't make calls for a few hours, seems stranger that no announcement from EE about the problem! that was magically fixed!

    @EE and @OpenreachHelp we are now at day 169 of my overdue fibre order. Openreach botched the install when they finally came in January and now there is no end in sight for a fix. How can this be acceptable? And in the meantime EE won’t even upgrade me from a 4G to a 5G box.

    @EE Wi-Fi calling is useful, but it’s not reliable. There are times when it stops working. The lack of mobile signal in my village has been raised many times by many people. It’s not just EE. Yet nothing is done. You raise your prices, but can’t give me a basic service at home.

    @EE Hi Megan, where can I go to speak with one of your managers? I am so impressed with you, firstly for making contact then to follow up as well. Normally the customer service with EE is really poor. You are the first representative that has actually done your job and impressed me.

    @EE have kindly increased my phone tariff by 14.4%. Blamed on inflation yet when confronted they say it's to continually develope their service. Can I just have the service I currently have and not the "improved" one? #eepriceincrease #robbery
