    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @EE @Difd_11 Hey Craig maybe you can reply to my DMs regarding me being unhappy too, and don't tell me to contact 150 before I'm always asked to wait and can never reach anyone. 2 months with bad signal, just to be told it might "have been a one-off" and yo restart my device is ridiculous.

    My elderly aunt visited the @EE Staines store for a top-up and was coerced into signing up for a 2 year contract she doesn’t need. When she went back the day after to cancel it because she can’t afford it she was laughed at by the staff members. How do I get this rectified?

    @EE I haven’t been able to make calls or send texts for two days now and there’s no indication online or on any of your accounts that this is being looked into. I was however able to find a site where people report there network issues. Turns out I’m one of hundreds. Sort it out!

    @EE any idea what is happening in the BS23 area? I have phone and BB with you. Used to get 5G, now lucky to get 3G, internet is shockingly slow on everything 🙄
