@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

@EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

@EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

@HA11NNH @EE We had no internet at one of the shops for 10 days after the first storm. Lost £15k in sales as no one could pay by card and it seems no one carries cash anymore. Never even got a discount or an apology from my provider! But when the contract is up , I will not forget !

Hi @EE I have had signal problems for days now. My data is non existent and I cannot make or receive calls so I can't call you. For some reason my phone is also not working well on WiFi but my WiFi signal is fine. Is there any trouble shooting I should follow?

@EE I was convinced by member of your store staff to switch from Giff Gaff to EE few months back. Worse mistake I could have made! Poor reception. Mis sold product. Higher prices. Now got a letter saying price increasing again !! Stuck in for 12 months too !!

@ee extended my broadband contract, for the same speeds but with no phone line. The person I spoke to said there would be no disruption, but today the speed has been 8Mb top, but frequently out entirely. Plus the diagnostic bot doesn’t recognise my (ee) phone no.! Can you help?
