S҉u҉z҉y҉ (@The_sooze) reported from Coalville, England@EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. I’m no technophobe but it’s so hard to navigate and now it won’t work!

-
🇪🇺🔸Karl ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) 🔸🇪🇺 (@karu1402) reported from Tamworth District, England@EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

-
Gregory Turner (@Turner15Gregory) reported from Ibstock, England@bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

-
S҉u҉z҉y҉ (@The_sooze) reported from Coalville, England@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
ryan smith (@RyanSOriginal) reported@EE @MarkyTalk This is the same play they gave me, moved to EE Home broadband, was awful, cancelled within 14 days and moved back to Sky!!
-
Matthew (@mrcorney) reported@MarkyTalk @EE My signal isn’t great, been with them 10 years and due an upgrade for the last 4 but the new deals are so expensive I will be changing to new supplier soon and get a much better deal
-
Sarah Dixon (@SiDix67) reportedAs I am having one of "those" days... a) Why does it take a GP 2 days to issue a prescription when the system was made digitial to "streamline" the service? b) @EE Have you any idea just how frustrating your diagnostic bots are when your issue does not fit a "box"?
-
PPG (@PPGMacro) reported@EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.
-
Omegamanuk (@Omegaman_uk) reported@EE Thanks but that is just routing me as per 2 calls I’ve already made this evening, so I don’t expect a different outcome really. A dedicated route for raising a complaint would be preferred,
-
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported@StuLittle1972 @EE Haha and I thought it was just bournemouth signal reception has been shocking for over a month flag I only have a couple of months left of contract
-
Alan (@NorthernPeasant) reportedNice @EE paying for an iPad for 7 months longer than the contract as it never showed an upgrade option, strange how my phone plans do.
-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
alan (@alan_muso) reported@EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..
-
Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported@EE Never ideal & always frustrating - it’s 2100 in the evening & I’ve got one bar of signal strength so I’m not dialling a number to speak to an automated person yet again or have a response via this forum using a bot. Your service is woeful at best.
