Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡

agrumpyaulman (@agrumpyaulman) reported@EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.
