@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@EE The MyEE app wasn't working and it was suggested that I uninstall it and then install it again. Did that, now when I try to sign in it asks me to include my mobile number, when I do this it states that my number is already linked to an account and I can't use the app. Why?

After something like 16 years, I've finally left @o2businessuk and moved to @EE Signal issues and inconsistent coverage finally made me leave, after a number of calls and no improvement in the mobile reception. Shame, but I get much better signal in King's Hill now.

@EE had a really stressful month with the worst and most inconsistent service provider in the UK. 10s of calls dropped, no service some days and over 3 hours on hold trying to speak to someone and still a week later not being able to get hold of customer service. #uksworstnetwork
