I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..

I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.

Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
