@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

@EE Hello! I am trying to upgrade my phone but EE website needs to send me a PIN number to prove it's me. My phone is broken so sending a PIN is no help. Therefore, I cannot prove who I am! There is no on line chat available, and I only have my laptop to contact you. Help!

@EE EE 5G Coverage In Edinburgh Last Q4 Of 2022 Since EE 5G Service was first launched on 30th May 2019 in Edinburgh it was limited. Now going forward 3 and half years later, there's very little improvement. You still can't get 5G service in quiet a lot places around city centre
