EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • briavelsjon Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

@EE @cjdracing1969 If your phone has coverage, but you're reporting capacity issues, toggling flight mode could actually make it worse - by unnecessarily increasing signalling traffic. Losses of coverage can be resolved by flight mode, but I suspect this is not your issue.

  • briavelsjon Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

@cjdracing1969 @EE @SilverstoneUK Are you saying your phone is showing no coverage/emergency calls only? 🤔

  • GaryPhi70067930 Gary Phillips (@GaryPhi70067930) reported

@EE Your service is Fooking useless think il cancel all 3 contracts

  • darrenjstyles darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported

@EE there seems to be a major fault in the NR15 area with broadband, no updates nothing works and the mobile signal is pretty much useless too so no chance of using 5G to hotspot, what is going on and when will normal service be resumed

  • briavelsjon Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

@EE @clivej2010 To clarify: You will only roam when home-network coverage is unavailable, but foreign networks are.

  • lisa01403 Lisa Bailey (@lisa01403) reported

@EE my old phones that i keep after upgrading - are they locked to your network or unlocked?

  • tomcodling Tom Codling (@tomcodling) reported

  • jjbaggaley JJB (@jjbaggaley) reported

@DesTidbury @EE I’m currently going through the same. WiFi box constantly flashing orange. Took 10 days to resolve last time. Sent all around the country, from Cardiff Sunderland. Each time I had to re-explain the issue 🤬

  • JaneBransby Jane Bransby 💙 (@JaneBransby) reported

@EE I tried that and was put onto an auto text bot. The text bot told me the problem was ongoing but your app/website says ‘there is a problem and it is expected to be fixed by 9.28 on the 3rd. This is poor comms. At what point can we get compensation for lack of service?

  • ManyaBlanca Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported

@EE I joined 15 days ago. Have had service for 5 at best. I'm leaving your fraudulent operation. I don't do gas lighters as well as you turning off the service in its entirety with no warning or alternative. no thank you. I'm done with mediocre trying to tell me it's great
