I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. LK (@AMothersSon) reported@EE My roaming was all set up from my previous trip a few months ago. I've never had to take any additional steps prior to this. If I turn my phone on and off or manually search, it connects for just a minute. Already said I don't have access to another phone.

Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
