@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

@EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

@EE I know EE don't charge, and neither did 1pMobile til some time between June & September, but they can't or won't show me when they announced the change or why they've started charging for texts to a crisis service.

@EE why are your coverage maps so bad sitting here outside in a greenzone for coverage yet barely getting 1 bar signal. Calls keep cutting out and data down to 2mb download. Worse I’m in residential area not in the moors.

I've just been in @ee to look at upgrading. I wanted to get it 100% right and not get conned (happened before) the manager of the shop said to me "so I've not wasted an hour of my life I'll knock the upgrade fee down to £10" instead of of £30. I'm wasting his time apparently..
