    @EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

    @EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE Hi, we’re due upgrades on 3 devices as there out of contract now. But may hang fire until December when hopefully unlocked models will be available so we can use our UAE SIM cards as it works out cheaper as we spend 4 weeks away so around £12 per day can become expensive

    @EE Lights were flashing aqua. Managed to get through to an advisor, got a last minute appointment and openreach has switched me over to another port in the cabinet which has resolved the issue.

    @EE I think that this is something that you should be advising your customers. Online gaming does not work with this solution as your NAT type is locked to band 3 / D. For those looking for a home broadband solution, this will not work 1/2

    @EE Thanks Russ, according to OFCOM, best practice is that you notify customers by text, or other means, to let customers know that there is going to be a planned shutdown of the service. So it shouldn't be necessary to be setup for updates, it should be done automatically.
