    Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

    @NoServiceHereUK Leicester city centre. 1 bar of reception. Twitter barely loads. @EE awful I pay £70 a month for a phone I can barely use. What a joke. Can’t wait for my contract to end... absolute waste of money I travel the uk a lot, doesn’t get much better at anywhere

    @Lesley_kr @EE Mobile and TV companies are the worst. Customer loyalty counts for naff all. Threaten to leave a miraculously a deal emerges.

    @EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

    @EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @EE You're a bit late babes, the upgrade was already cancelled on my behalf (I didn't decide to cancel) because of DPD and I'm already trying again. I'll let you know if they screw up the delivery again *** x

    @EE Thats fine. Your short term gain of £20 per month in the interim is going to lose you £130 per month once my end dates arrive. This isn't how you build and service loyalty.

    @EE we've been without any phone signal or 4G home broadband for the last 24 hrs in ZE2 9PT Not the 1st time this month. Seems like at least one outage per month just now (No EE cell signal at all. Currently using wifi at local shop) #EE Absolutely not fit for purpose.

    @EE Submitted a complaint yesterday about upgrade experience. Was also told Weds night if any issues with it going through I would 100% be called back in 24 hours. Never happened. Would appreciate it got looked at asap.
