Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

@EE can't believe the difference between Bt and ee. After swapping to ee I've 4g everywhere. Only downside was me fixing something their techs couldn't so thanks to Google. Had no data signal as the apn wasn't being done auto, as 2 be done manually.
