@EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE (like imposing a card payment ban), you could tell the customer first? I could have an important call in the morning say from my GP?? I even received a text from EE on Sunday saying my payment would be collected via DD on Monday (and it didn't because of the ban).

@EE The problem is Kelsey, as much as all the networks proclaim to have amazing data and great coverage. The reality is you don’t. Most arterial routes in the Uk have issues the motorways being the worst. The network that fixes this issue will win the game
