@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Hi, I’ve ordered a phone online tonight but I didn’t update the delivery address to my new address. The phone lines aren’t open till Monday and I’m worried it’ll be delivered to my old address before I can get in touch with you by phone. Can anyone help me please?

I don’t know if this thread will get @ee’s attention and whether something will be done regarding this. But I just want to highlight this problem, and point out that they do need to work on customer orientation. This is the key to a successful business.

A support team member listened to my enquiry and then said he couldn’t help me with my problem. He also said that @ee had nothing to do with it because the people who design the app are the ones who are responsible for its functionality…

I decided to call in at the @ee shop in Chorley. I stayed in the queue for about 15 minutes to only find out that the staff there couldn’t help me with my enquiry, they could only sell to me something. Instead, they advised me to contact the support team by the telephone…
