    @EE hi EE, I’ve revised a text claiming to be from yourselves to say you’re having issues verifying my billing details. And I could be blocked. It has a link which I have not clicked. Would this be a scam? My account is up to date.

    @EE @Brightstar on hold for 1 hour 50 mins to be cut off. Not a great service from the Crewe, UK department. Saying you've not received a mobile device when I have the delivery receipt. Disgusting. EE are quick to pass the book but take my money

    Could service from @EE BE any worse? Final straw is a roaming bar on my phone in Europe (4 days in & despite pleas still not sorted, even made sure all okay before travelling) and them losing all trace of my account. No reply from direct message bods for 2 days.

    @EE Hi, I checked my plan and it does not state anywhere that I only get wi fi during the day, yet every evening there's no service. How comes? I pay for 24/7 wi fi as far as I understand?

    The signal with @EE has been an absolute joke the last few days, no signal with my phone or with my wifi. Can barely make contact with family I now won’t see for Christmas and all they offer is money off the next bill. What a joke!

    Dear @EE - have been trying to cancel broadband since Oct. Emailed (no reply). Phoned twice with 30 mins wait each time (spoke to cancellation department twice). Went to your shop (as instructed). Still not cancelled. Any reason why you make it so hard for customers to cancel?

    @EE incorrectly advised on PAYG downgrade. Consequently topped up a phone that I cannot access to as I am abroad. Support unable to assist despite me being able to receive calls and SMS to the number.
