Do NOT use @EE They have been taking payments from a vulnerable man’s account who has such bad Alzheimer’s he cannot use his phone. They were contacted by three different people to let them know. They sent multiple bills after his death. #Liars #exploitation #cheats

@EE Hi, I ordered an upgrade on Saturday. I was told it would be delivered Sunday, by Sunday when I didn't receive it, I called and was told there was an issue and I would get it Monday. I still have not received my phone.

@EE had a broadband sales call this afternoon & was told only EE or BT can provide FTTP service in my area. This is not true, and when challenged the salesperson acknowledged it isn’t true and tried to backtrack. And it seems I can’t make a complaint as I don’t have an account!
