    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE ordered broadband on 13/3 and still do not have it in my new home. All the blame on @OpenreachHelp . Every time I ring for an update I have to wait another 3 days so they can hear from Openreach. I want to cancel but the optimist in me thinks it will be sorted soon. Who knows

    @EE Hi Michael I’ve had to come to work so I’ve disconnected from the WiFi. The set up was really slow, I started it yesterday at 8pm but it didn’t finish until around 9 this morning.

    @Wheels246M @EE I've been with 02 about 3 years now. Cheap as chips (unlimited calls and texts and 40gb for £17 a month) I've always got a decent signal and 4G. 3 wasn't bad either, they just kept price hiking, my Mum swears by them though, been with them 15 years.
