@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE rubbish signal in Gateshead tyne and wear, checked coverage earlier and it said there was a problem but now says its fine but network not working! Seems to be a common issue this evening and needs resolved ASAP! Luckily my WiFi is with virgin!

@EE @IBigIBen Its been like this for two months, having issues now and then. What’s the point of paying for a 5g when I can only get 4G and even with 4G I have connection issues ?

@EE why is my 4g not working? And my phone won't let me connect to the WiFi, yet everything else in the house is working with the WiFi so it's not an issue with that!!

@EE what is up with ur internet I’m on 4g and it’s down for nearly 2 hours I can’t access anything I can send a message on normal and call that’s about it
