    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE The app hasn’t worked for some time. It says: “Sorry. Something’s gone wrong. We’re trying to fix it. If I delete the app and download again same result. The chatline on your website also doesn’t work. Are you guys severely understaffed?

    @EE hi my phone keeps showing up no sim emergency calls only. Its only comes back on when I've reset my phone. Sim card is securely in place. Any ideas?

    @EE Hi, how do you do this? Do you have to ring up and cancel it? And then can you just go on a top up- so add credit when you need it? Can you send me a link to the plans you are talking about please?

    @EE My EE broadband has been yet again diabolical ALL day! When are these continuous outages ever going to end??? EE has gone downhill in the last 4 months. It is causing me many many problems with my working at home!
