@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE Definitely not working. Started to work eventually last night and exactly the same issue this morning - can’t call mobiles. So I call customer service (150) and get automated message “This service is not available. Goodbye”

@EE @rogers_marina I’ve also got an issue with not being able to make calls. I’ve tried the above and 150 isn’t working either. It says there’s no problem in my area but I’ve not been able to make calls for 24 hours now.

@EE what is going on with the network, London is still down with no incoming or out going calls ONLY data calls/messages via WhatsApp.. unable to reach your customer service and all the while you state to news outlets and online that the outage have been resolved and all's good?

@EE This is appalling service .only just switched from Vodafone clearly a big mistake. We all better get compensation for no network. I missed two very important phone calls from the dentist and my brothers social worker . I have a very frail elderly father whom I can't contact
