    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @kasssun @EE It’s March 9th today. Your contract ends 20th April. They are simply saying you can only action the cancel working 30 days of the contract end date otherwise you’d pay £12 cancellation fee.

    @EE Why is there now zero ee mobile signal at my home address? "Emergency calls only" - maybe I need to switch provider. EE used to be the only one that worked here.

    @Ashley3136 @EE Hi Ashley, it’s really disgusting of ee to increase their bills most decent phone providers have decided to stop the annual CpI increase but EE have decided to implement it normally it’s about 1% but this year their increasing it by the cpi plus 3.9% really bad! Im leaving asap!
