    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    I don’t want to be “that person” but what do you do when customer service is so bad and you’ve been hung up on by an automated voice agent because they won’t get to you by the time they close in TWO HOURS and the chat line won’t pop up as promised? @EE I pay for data to share 1/2

    @EE I’ve been speaking to your 150 team over the last two days over an account issue, was supposed to get a call back at 5pm, didn’t happen, and again at 8pm tonight from another member didn’t happen. Been on hold for over 30mins and then get cut off… please help!!

    Well done @EE - I cannot imagine how many rude customers you’ll have had today. But everyone I spoke to today was super patient and very helpful. Received one iPhone. Waiting on another. No bother at all. Worth the wait.

    @JamieCroftPlays @EE I agree - it’s not that we haven’t gotten the phones (yes it’s frustrating and disappointing) but the fact we haven’t had ANY communication and have been left waiting for a delivery that isn’t coming! It’s outrageous a company of EEs status would treat customers in this way!
