@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@BasedParalegal @EE I don't see where the evidence of an attack is. There could be a large number of reasons for an outage such as this, both malicious and not malicious.

@EE hello! the 150 service tells me i have eu roaming. I get a text message from EE that I dont have eu roaming. I text 150,it tells me i dont have. I text again, it says i have it activated.not to mention i cant use the app”try again later” errors! Care to explain? im abroad now

@petermjohns @EE Thanks. I usually don’t have any issue with EE customer service (phone+broadband), but I honestly don’t contact them much. I will be shopping around though for definite. Especially after price increase. Needs to be high speed fibre though
