    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE please can you tell me why my service is so appalling? Dropping calls, not connecting. Phone ‘having signal’ but no one can get hold of me? Not ideal!

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @EE is one of the most customer-UNfriendly companies I have ever dealt with. I regret using them as my mobile service provider. Cannot wait for the contract to be over so I can deal with a more friendly and professional company. Absolute waste of time.

    are there any UK based mobile providers that actually have proper working parental controls, restrictions and the ability to enable/disable data? using @ee currently, and it just doesn't work properly and is not reliable, confirmed by their own support.
