It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

They said they will get me booked in for the 8am to 10am slot tomorrow but the lady said she cannot access the booking system so I am left in limbo. I have 0 confirmation of anything
