@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Your absolutely useless absolutely fuming 17 days and still no refund i go on my wedding tomorrow passed from pillar to post promised a refund and nothing ee do not care terrible ombudsman it is 180£ and you dont pay but if i owe you theres soon a charge

@EE an absolute joke of a network. Going on 3 months of practically no signal in Skelmersdale town centre. And they've got the audacity to be advertising the new i phone on the digital billboard as "ee Britain's best network." What a ruddy farce.

@EE seriously, when are you going to sort your service out? No signal since Friday, it came back for 6 hours today then disappeared again. I understand the storm caused problems, but this is getting ridiculous now. Glencoe area
