    @EE is there an issue with the internet services as I keep losing my connection, it will be fine one minute and then I lose my connection

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks now with no phone, constantly calling your tech support had a new SIM card just get told to wait an hour we’ve made adjustments.... been loyal customer for 17 years but will cancelling tomorrow and off to @EE with my four mobiles.... #Disgraceful

    Hi @EE having abit of a nightmare connecting my tablet to 4G I've topped up the Sim, but I can't connect to your network. Keeps prompting for Apn settings... The old one I used to use doesn't seem to connect anymore!! Help!!

    @EE Hi. Been an EE customer for 7 years, recently moved to your faster broadband package. Great I thought. Since though, the internet drops out for about a minute, every 20minutes. Rebooted, checked connections. I was better off on the 10mb/s service rather than this 60mb/s. Help

    Not happy with @EE at all. I've been furloughed since April. I informed them and they advised me to cancel my direct debit and make payments where possible which I have done. They then proceeded to cut me and my partner off, and now I am being threatened with interest charges!!

    So I have to pay the cancellation fee to get my WiFi contract stopped, even tho I'm only ending it due to the fact that for the past year I've hardly been able to use it. This is due to contiues problems with my WiFi. Not to happy @EE as I've been paying for something I can't use

    @EE would just like to say, been with EE for over 20 years, went to upgrade and would definitely wouldn’t recommend @EE again! No customer service skills and more interested in new clients than loyal existing ones!
