    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE I am absolutely appalled by the customer service that you provide and how your staff think they can talk to me as if I’m thick. I know exactly what interest free means and don’t try to then justify your actions by selling me something that is £40 dearer than Amazon and

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @EE my iPhone’s having a hissy fit & won’t send any texts inc iMessages 🙄, have re booted WiFi, put phone on airplane mode, re booted my phone twice & it’s still not working, can you help please?

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

    @EE Morning EE, my new pack has just started today automatically with the free boots. However i never got a notification to choose the data/minute free boots as used but it just enrolled me into the minute free boots vs my will of data free boots. Could you pls rectify this.

    @EE Most modern manufactuters from the likes of Arris for VM, to third party gear like Eero can support 100 devices or more. Whether the actual QoS is good or bad depends on the ISP capability and the router used, which is probably junk, as with all ISP provided routers. 1/2

    @EE I have to laugh @EE broadband advert with landing the plane it’s so full of crap as the network and internet are totally shite I don’t have either with them but I have friends up and down the country who are with them and say how shite the coverage is for both #dontjoin
