    16 calls from a different 07584 number over the past hour. Some Amazon scam, answered one to hang up thinking it would stop but they just keeping coming. Any ways to disable this please @EE 🙏

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @EE Pity phone customer services can’t do an upgrade for over a week. Feeling very disappointed, and promises all over the place but no one responds !

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE Yes and so is my husband who is an EE customer. We can get on the website but when we try to buy something the error message pops up. We've tried on: Phones Tablet PC

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    If you get a call from 020 4538 5628 saying they are calling from @EE please hang up & block the number. This is a scam & not a genuine call from EE

    @EE I am absolutely appalled by the customer service that you provide and how your staff think they can talk to me as if I’m thick. I know exactly what interest free means and don’t try to then justify your actions by selling me something that is £40 dearer than Amazon and

    @EE my iPhone’s having a hissy fit & won’t send any texts inc iMessages 🙄, have re booted WiFi, put phone on airplane mode, re booted my phone twice & it’s still not working, can you help please?

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE is the worst network on this earth and when my contract is up in September I’m leaving! £80 a month for a iPhone 15 pro max & the network IS ****!!!!

    @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor

    @EE Our broadband was meant to be fixed on the 10th of July, we have now been told the earliest a engineer can come is the 6th of August. Absolutely terrible experience with no consideration or priority given for how long our service has been disrupted

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help
