  @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

  @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

  @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

  If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
