    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE Broadband down in CH6. Router lights showing connected but no internet signal. And to add insult, stuck on 1 bar 4G which is much lower than I usually get a home

    @EE shocking service. Trying to speak to someone about an update on a broadband fault. Phoned 150 which says there's a fault which has been passed to BT openreach and then get cut off. I want to speak to a human!

    Terrible service from @EE - pre ordered my new phone on 12th September, still no sign of it and no updates. Can't get through to speak to anyone, always busy. 12 years I've had this contract, not happy
