@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@EE 5G in more places than any other network but every other network has clearly invested in coverage as you can barely support 3G across the country let alone bloody 5G

Why is @EE phone signal SO SO bad in west Wales? Come on holiday and my EE phone is literally unusable I’m bumping off my partners o2 hotspot. Been like this for years I’m definitely not renewing, absolutely useless coverage it’s ****

@EE Hello, your CS 'chat' advised me to call 0800 0798 586 to get my current, but old, handset unlocked as it couldn't be done online. I tried to ring CS but the appropriate menu option isn't there. You want 25p per minute to get connected and can't afford that. Please help.
