@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

EE #broadband #fail. A dodgy software update from @EE is causing their routers across the UK to reboot every 2 hours since 24th May. No apology, no update, no end in sight. :-(

@EE daughter in law just upgraded phone in Manchester store was advised 20% discount for blue light card was available, tried the code and is only for new customer. 30 mind on phone to Cs no help and store just said bring it back! Another round trip and terrible customer service

@EE Hi Yes I do have a laptop going to try it later, seems strange though it won't seem to move items to a 32gb SD Card, I will never have another samsung phone, until it is fixed I can't use the phone to top up or anything please bear with me, bill is due 19th but pack renewel too

@EE been a customer with @ee and #orange since 2006. My reward for loyalty? “Oh for that phone only new customers get that deal unlimited data for £90 (iPhone 13 pro max) no upfront cost, you’d have to pay £50 and then £95 or £104 a month #angry #disgusted
