@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE remove the bands your lying misleading advisors have added on. I thought it was bad originally this is beyond a joke like having no broadband. Much rather have just the normal connection again. What am I even paying for? Taking this to OFCOM.

@EE I called you regarding my internet issues. Your advisor blatantly has lied and my issues have been nothing but atrocious since. Split my bands and promised better speeds and I’ve literally not been able to connect ever since? Beyond a ******* joke. Can’t even work.
