    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE please@can someone contact me, set up a plan to use abroad on our business account and it’s not working, same thing happened last year and it never worked, we were told that it wouldn’t happen again this year and it has, we have absolutely no way of contacting you!

    @EE has got one of the worst customer service teams on the planet. They don't listen & don't put things into action. Spoken to them 3 times about my bill & why its so high & was assured it will be dealt with in the Oct bill but why has nothing been done. Don't DM to message you

    @EE @andrewjskatz Your website went down at 8:30 saying sorry maintenance for a good ten minute Then came back up and when you click the item it sends you back to the front page. Tried this numerous times and then all of a sudden your sold out 😡😡😡😡😡angry customer
