The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.

London Gloryhole (@LondonGloryhol1) reported@EE It’s true. @O2 4G is terrible in London, where you do have it… in crowded areas it never works and have to revert back to 3G. I’m definitely considering a change to @EE
