@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE I ended my contract with you. That is why I can't pay. Your automated bullshit systems don't allow it. So you can either fix your systems, or you can wipe my data and thus wipe my debt.... but let's not pretend that either of these things will happen.

@EE I owe you money.. but your customer service is so **** that it's actually impossible for me to pay you back. No doubt in 6 years I'll be getting red letters... and no doubt in 6 years I'll be using the 3 letter method to renounce my debt. Save us both some hassle?
