@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Can I have manager call me as soon as possible please, I have a an issue that is currently being shurgged off from EE, and passed along, on the phone I'm being passed off and refused to speak to a manager and I'm not happy. If it continues I will be seeking cancellation.

@EE I have DM'd but EE has been self-aware of this since October 2019, that was before I brought it to your attention in March 2020. But EE is more than happy to charge full price for the poor service it knows its "providing"

@EE Thanks for the prompt reply, changed network a year or so ago now, I was having continual network strength issues, was v difficult to communicate with clients so had to change, nothing was resolved at the time
