@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE How about putting money into customer service? So EE member of staff advised me of the wrong cost for my contract , they own up to the mistake but won’t let you cancel the contract or amend the cost to what was agreed, Absolutely horrendous service!!!!!

Since my @EE 5Gee Router 2021 firmware updated this morning, none of our iPads will connect to the main network anymore (strangely the Guest network is ok)! Our iPhones and other devices still connecting normally. May I suggest EE put in a bug report? Quite a serious issue!

@EE. No network for my 5G router for 36 hours. When will this be sorted ? Website no use. Just says “service problem”
