    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE No call back, ended up waiting 1 hour and 3 minutes to speak to someone, then a further 30 + minutes chatting to technical, altogether 1hour 42 minutes on the phone, for a problem that still exists. Outrageous.

    @EE On holiday 🇺🇸 I have a max plan service is intermittent need to turn off / on repeatedly. On for over an hr. Put on hold so he could talk to technical over 40m ago. Clearly forgot me. I'm abroad with limited time to call. I'm vulnerable without a phone abroad alone... 🤔

    @EE Couldn't use WiFi calling as I was out all day. I have a disabled relative that had no way to contact me for hours. Just as well nothing had happened. Hope customers are being refunded for the time there was no service. Not paying for something I didn't have!
