    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    I've been trying to cancel my EE 4G router for a WEEK but they won't answer their god damn phones. If you're thinking of getting one don't. EE have been absolutely useless. I filled in the cancellation request 2 days ago and have received nothing @EE

    @EE no reception still and again 5 mins walk outside Harrogate town centre. Been a customer since the 90’s time to do something about it because you can’t.

    @mgeorge1231 @EE Oh lol. Well they do go up every year by that consumer retail price thingy lol but yea, I'm considering moving after all these years because of this issue. I think ofcom has told them they must do it, but I guess they will hold on as long as possible to implement it.
