    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE Was with orange for 26 years and never had a problem. As soon as it went to EE the signal disappeared in the whole area. Now with Vodafone on a full signal and unlimited data with a brand new iPhone 13 for £30 a month and it was £20 upfront payment. Enough said I know were I am

    @EE when I called to discuss my upgrade I was told by your tech team of this issue and told to use my WiFi to make and receive calls (which I pay for separately to another company) and not to upgrade just yet but use a sim only rolling contract.

    @EE When I asked for a refund on my previously paid bills as I haven't been getting the service I am paying for I was told that as my commitment period had ended you didn't need to refund me and was told to either persevere with WiFi calling or leave

    @peterg @EE I mean, I don't know. Is twitter the right way to get to high levels of customer service? I don't think so. Did it get flight refunds pronto, where calling and emailing had failed. I'm constantly surprised by social media for useful info and support.

    Finally got data. Turns out @EE can't make their service work on my 'phone, which is nice. Had to buy a new 'phone.
