@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Just an update for you @MarcAllera , I've had a phone call from the @bt_uk social media team because they thought I was talking about a BT mobile issue even though all my tweets show its an issue with @EE - come on team, this is simple stuff....

I’m pleased to say, @EE , you’ve retained a customer thanks to your George Street store! Matt was extremely helpful when serving me and the person who answered the phone gave me all the info and confirmation as a new customer, photo ID wasn’t required!

@EE I was told on Friday my phone would be unlocked in one working day (check the phone recordings) - today I'm told its going to be another 7-10 days?!?! Your customer team is asking me to log in to my EE which is locked because I don't have an account with you anymore
