@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE hello my isp. I cant even connect to a call centre. 150 isnt working, the alt mobile number neither. Chat bots are not helpful and your service is to be desired. Someone help a man speak to a human. Would be wonderful.

@EE I still have no mobile signal and nor does my husband I need my phone as only point of contact foe my elderly father I changed to EE a month ago from Vodafone now really disappointed with my new switch to EE

@EE We seem to be having issue calling and receiving calls from the Vodafone network using EE mobiles. Clearly there are still problems?

@EE This is appalling service .only just switched from Vodafone clearly a big mistake. We all better get compensation for no network. I missed two very important phone calls from the dentist and my brothers social worker . I have a very frail elderly father whom I can't contact
