@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE The speed is up and down all day , we have the tv and out mobiles using the wifi . With homeschooling ect it's just getting worse. Though it's been tremprememtal for months now

Problems with home BB again @EE Signal dropping out and in since 17:55. Same as last time, and no info on planned maintenance or known faults to be found anywhere. I'm thinking of leaving already as you're pulling the TV service

Follow a number of issues I have had with the phone network EE @EE I have been doing some research was quite shocked reading trustpilot how many customer are receiving such bad service from the team and service @BBCWatchdog , EE’s social media looks like customers get a service😡
