@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@EE hiya. Tried to login and it won’t work. Tried to reset password several times and I don’t get any reset emails. I tried to call 150 and the message says “we’re busy now so can’t answer” and cuts me off. Not overly impressed tbf
