    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital

    @EE is there a way I can get in touch with customer services if I don’t know the account phone number. I havnt pod my bill because I’d like to cancel the contract that is no longer use shut impossible to speak to someone

    We are leaving @EE even though their staff member Scarlett has been amazing their broadband is rubbish nothing but issues since November!!

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @neon_rainbows85 @EE Thanks for your advise but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work in some areas, it's supposed to reconnected to the nearest mast but doesn't help if their masts are only kicking out rubbish 4g

    Unbelievably bad customer service @EE . Had the most useless call a few mins ago. Getting overcharged with no explanation and apparently it is MY fault. #SCAM

    @EE The issue is fixed. My phone had a signal but couldn’t make phone calls. I checked your service checked and you did have an issue which was fixed about an hour later

    My EE phone - down for 2 days - is now working again. @EE offered me a month's line rental in compensation which I accepted. When these systems fail I always ask for recompense now - even if it's not much. It's the principle of it, we can't just accept paying for failing service.

    Shocking that we’re weeks away from the year 2023 and money from a card payment can be taken instantly but to refund it back from @EE takes “5 working days”. Been a loyal customer of theirs since 2016. Not anymore after this.
