@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

Hi @Ofcom can you tell me the best way to raise a complaint against @EE as they have treated me unfairly and have also closed my complaint without contacting me. This is unacceptable and have been left out of pocket, not to mention the inconvenience of trying to fix the issue

@EE I'll be leaving EE in March, you are prioritising 5G over other services, the signal in my area has declined dramatically, you have no plans to sort the problem, and only advice is use wi-fi calling in my local area? not good enough

@EE your team said they'd call me back yday and they never did and ive sent an email over 2 days ago and no response!!! Can you please respond to me so i can get my contract cancelled!!!!!
