Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE On the Eurostar from London to Paris....couldn't connect ONCE to the internet once before the Channel Tunnel....marked improvement in France! Why is your service so poor along HS1? You need to improve the infrastructure. Cost me significant work time.

@EE Unable to send complaint via your webmail system it rejects gmail email address & others. EE store Manager fails to ring back to discuss complaint. EE avoiding customer complaints. Senior/Disabled person misold mobile refund refused. @MartinSLewis

@EE I get that it takes a long time to get through on the phone but it doesn’t help that as soon as I do get through on the phone, they immediately hang up on me

@EE The back of my iPhone 13 has broken. Along with the camera lens. AGAIN. I paid u £100 ins excess 2 replace the original one a couple of months ago 4 same reason. I’m not paying that again.

Shocking customer service from @EE . My husband has been trying to upgrade online for weeks without success, decided to pop into our local branch, only to be told 40 mins before closing they couldn’t see us. Very disappointing.
