@EE your customer service representative has just been extremely rude & unhelpful to my 79 year old mother in law. Yesterday, the lady we spoke to was both polite and helpful. My MIL now has a phone that she can't use, why is the sim taking so long to connect please?

@EE Hi Michael, I've managed to sort it now. Because I ported my number out I had no way of contacting customer service as it would not accept my number and would not let me go any further. I had to go through complaints in the end to sort it.
