    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts ๐Ÿคจ

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G canโ€™t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and Iโ€™m with EE as a virtual customer ๐Ÿฅบ

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time thereโ€™s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst

    I just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. Iโ€™d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you canโ€™t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying ยฃ65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @EE Iโ€™m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route weโ€™ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(

    @EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help

    @Hepworthclare @EE My local shop was very dismissive and wilfully unhelpful but I did get help on the phone a couple of years ago. Can't find the number I used.
