I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

@EE Ok yes please as yet again I’m paying for pretty much no service. 1 occasional bar means no internet, no phone calls etc.. not great when I’m paying for my contract. This is day 3 it’s been like it

Last year, in an attempt to cut costs, I allowed @EE to persuade me try an Oppo phone. One of the worst decisions I've ever made. The phone is an enraging piece of crap.

@EE please help!! I need more data for my BT 4G home hub but I can’t log in myEE account as the password reset function is broken. Also no way of contacting u as the helpline asks me to enter my EE mobile number but I don’t have one.

@EE Any reason why signal is still down in Cheadle Hulme? The mast issues were meant to be fixed based on the email update but still having issues of no signal at all.
