@EE this is the THIRD day now no one has got back to me ! And I can’t ring as I am in the UAE. This is just not acceptable what so ever. I’ve honestly never known such a bad company !!! Can someone please get back to me ASAP

@EE 2 years with EE I am now leaving abs going to sky mobile. EE are hugely uncompetitive and dismiss customer service issues

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.
