@O2 ‘customer service’ and I use the words loosely, is quite possibly the worst company ever, when it comes to solving a problem. (My sons phone) I would rather chew my own kidney and then stick pins in my eyes before I take out a contract with them. Thank god I’m with @EE 👍🏼

@EE No signal in my area since yesterday. Told there was an issue that has been fixed still keeps dropping. Tried restarts. Can’t get through. Keep getting told to use WiFi calling which I already use. I pay for 50GB of ‘mobile’ data which is currently anything but mobile

Trying to sort out new mobile phone contracts for both myself and my wife after 24 months with @EE and the process is so tiring! Wondering if anybody out there has any advice for us? Trying to get a newer iPhone for under £40 per month for each of us. #help
