    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    @EE I've just spent 3 hours trying to upgrade my Samsung S10 to an S22 using the trade in offer, via both the "My EE" app, and my laptop. Both keep crashing and won't let me checkout. Is there an issue with your website, and will the offer still be live tomorrow? #infuriating

    @EE just experienced dreadful customer service for your team. Kept me on the phone 30 minus only to tell me they can’t help & call back. Manager can’t come to the phone apparently.

    @EE I’m assuming that your sales assistance don’t get commission if I order online and pick up in store, they couldn’t have been any ruder or less helpful, should have had it delivered to the post office would have got better service

    @EE I’ve had to take a day off work today as you were meant to come and set up my broadband and still no one has shown up even tho the time slot given was 8-1 and it’s now nearly 5 o clock! I won’t be able to afford another full day off work so could please help me get this sorted

    People. If @EE try and sell you @bt_uk stay well clear! They sell you what you DONT ask for, get you to cancel old package then palm you off when you want to speak to them because its all wrong. Cant find the call when they know they are guilty of mis-selling. Convenient that

    @EE Hey Monika! Thanks for reaching out! Never got it sorted. Couldn’t connect to other providers (manual selection meant no signal) Appreciate you can’t be everywhere but if I can’t even get Edge speeds I’d love to know how you think you can charge me for a service thst doesn’t work

    @EE my London Underground WiFi connection stopped connecting as of yesterday. I've tried forgetting and re-adding the EEWiFi-Auto network multiple times. Any idea what's up?
