@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE 11th day in a row with slow or no broadband. What happens to the minimum speed guarantee, now that you have broken the agreement?

@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE As far as she was aware it was a rolling contract. Also the Broardband speed she was getting was so bad. Her bank have recalled the payment for her but advised that ee will contact her for this to still be repaid. Well good luck with that

@EE Hence why I'm asking if you can find any information at all. The mast is at PA28 6PJ, located between Southend and Campbeltown. I will 100% switch supplier to EE if so, but obviously it's integral to know that I can indeed get EE signal before I do so! Thanks, Tom

@EE I’ve had an account verification email come through but I’ve not created one, this has been done fraudulently. Unfortunately your phones are closed for the evening. Do you have a customer support email as I need this account stopped immediately

@EE Shame your signal strength in Minehead an surrounding areas such as blue anchor is shocking, not only that at home in Telford cannot call or surf on my "5g" device yet pay £58 a month!!

@EE Any chance you can sort out my really poor broadband connection. After a new router, it's still dropping connection and the speed is abysmal to put it politely. I'd be quicker using carrier pigeon than email on this ADSL.

@EE Yes, I’m an EE customer. I’m registered with a different email, though. The email that’s been used is an old email of mine that I don’t use for things anymore. I’m wondering if it’s even a really old account of mine? But I definitely haven’t registered with My EE with it!

@EE Yes it asks for a username and password, if I use my EE login nothing works. And when I try on the Virgin Media one it asks me to contact support?

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked
