@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@Femi_Sorry @EE I would have thought having, BBC,CHANNEL 4, SKY , CHANNEL 5 all reporting from the left would have been plenty, what's wrong with potentially having fairer more balanced alternative,surely that would help us all judge things with an open mind..

@EE your award winning customer service has failed for my sister and 82 year old mum. Landline and broadband downwhich means careline doesn’t work-vital for someone prone to falls. No urgent response after over 2 weeks without it. Shocking.
