    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE so incredibly frustrated with the services. For months I still have the same issue and can't even talk to your team because the connection fails! Zero service for far too long and no one is doing anything

    @EE never have I been so upset at such incompetence! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and in good faith renewed my contact again and yet you won’t sort your error. I’ve not even received my new phone! I pay £300 a month for 5 people in my house and you don’t care!

    @EE I know it’s in the contract but inflation is at a false high due to many factors. Your increases are 3.9% + CPI. Will you drop the prices once inflation returns to normal levels? There’s no honest justification. Doubt you’ll find a single customer who would be happy with this!

    If @EE put my bill up 15% after there nearly 10% last year they can **** right off been with them about 15 years but I won’t be no longer

    @virginmedia @Ofcom I have registered total loss of service every time I have had total loss off service. I have checked your status on the app and it shows the fix won't happen until 6pm for TV, Phone and Broadband. I am having to rely on my mobile tethering with @EE so I can work.

    @urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.
