Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE no not really, I've lost the SIM, I never setup an online account so cant easily cancel. Need a PIN to cancel in store (?) but I've got no idea what that might be. At least getting a new SIM sent out so hopefully can take control of it now.

@captaintsu @EE They provide the phone and data + unlimited calls and texts using O2s infrastructure (so whatever signal you have if you're on O2 you will have the same with Tesco) as they rent towers from o2.
