Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE Youtube on the wifi has been extremely slow for several weeks on every device while on 4G/5G (on a different network) it's been working fine. Are you throttling Youtube? Videos don't load at all, or if they do it's only for several seconds before lagging again.

@EE I only wanted to know why I have to reboot my EE sim and BT modem a few times each day. After 2 hours going though security that is only the day and how much my bill was I never did get any help - really poor support - if any of you know why I need to reboot DM me - Thx Steve
