Wow @EE are just the worst. Visitor to UK bought a sim card for cheap internet access. Doesn't work. Neither over the phone or in the shop can they refund it. Both blame the other 🤨🫣 #broken #useless

@EE hi im wondering if you could help me , I’ve been without broadband for more than 7 days with this being the eighth - an engineer was supposed to attend today with a new box , however I’ve just received a text saying they cannot attend - your offices aren’t open - what now !!

@EE Once again, loss of service in this area. BT halo device used, constantly disconnects and status page always shows no issue. 4G device showing red bars...when will this be sorted?

@EE my partner has had his phone swapped twice google pixel 6 pro and still has countless issues with ee and hasn’t been allowed to swap to a different phone - he’s struggle to get signal constantly on all 3 phones We’ve put in multiple complaints and never had an answer
