Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

At least once ever month since last July I’ve had a text from @EE stating ‘we have a problem near your home which may be affecting your area’, translation really@bad signal. When got in touch with them I was told to use WiFi calling, why do I have a contract until august #byeEE

@oxosbase @virginmedia @EE Agreed. I was with EE since 1997 - I only left in Oct coz the signal in our new place was almost non-existent. Mind you, I should have learned my lesson from being a Virgin Media Customer for TV, telephone and broadband at the old house and the yearly run-ins with their Exec Team

@EE Still waiting for a reply and a solution to my broadband service, over 8 hours since I contacted you and it hasn’t been dealt with, your adviser asked me to message them back which I did and the message has been ignored , still cutting out and slow speeds of around 15 mbps d/l

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE why are you suddenly so overpriced on upgrades? Been a customer of yours since the days of Orange - for what it costs me per month with you, I can get with Sky mobile and include a 5th gen iPad and still save £8 a month. Horrendous.
