    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer πŸ₯Ί

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🀨

    @StuartT34021273 @EE My issue is that I literally can’t return a watch I no longer need because of their incompetence. They won’t initiate a return because they say a store issued the order (it didn’t) and the store says they cant do a return. Charlatans.

    @EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.

    @EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

    @Hepworthclare @EE My local shop was very dismissive and wilfully unhelpful but I did get help on the phone a couple of years ago. Can't find the number I used.

    @EE I may move my own phone & 2 family contracts to EE. Before I do, confirm whether EE has ever, currently, or plans to provide free/subsidised phones SIMs data or other support to organisations assisting illegal immigrants or asylum seekers in the UK? Straight answer please.
