@EE could you please explain why 4 phones in my house on your network have no signal or very little signal. Even when we have a little signal our phones say "emergency calls only". Just lost 1.5 hours of my life, and fankly the will to live, on a support chat which was no help!!!

I've been to more than 40 countries, so I've used a fair share of cellphone operators. My mobile internet reception via @EE is by far the worst. Unbelievable...

@EE I added a PS5 headset as an add to plan, one off charge paid which is now showing as a credit on the account to be deducted from next bill and the item hasn’t arrived - can someone help? Thanks
