    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🀨

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer πŸ₯Ί

    @jpwhutv @EE I'd recommend ditching @EE for another provider. They charge arm 'n' leg and provide no value to the customer.

    @janettocornetto @EE Thanks! If you have any further problems with Google Maps, there's probably free apps on the Google Play Store (Open Street Map etc). Maybe very basic but better than no map at all.

    @EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - don’t is my advice.

    @EE Spent 53 minutes on a call with the solution being an option of extra Β£15 per month so still not resolved ! One for CEOemail I suspect

    A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.

    @EE what an shockingly bad customer service you have. Ive been waiting on a manager to return a call since Monday. Its truly an appalling company.
