    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    Phoned @EE to find out when my new contract ends. I was kept on the line 10 minutes, being bombarded with sales type questions before finally answering mine. Then he wanted to ask me more--I had to hang up on him. I might leave #EE--far too agressive for me.

    @EE there is a fault on my broadband that can’t be fixed for a week, your guide says no alternatives available, your shop says hotspot from phone despite the signal not being good enough….there must be an option?

    @EE gone to make a purchase in your shop like I always have done! Won’t bother now as you removed the PayPal credit option and replaced it with EE finance. Lost a customer there!!!! And you wiped my account!!!!

    @EE Can I put the email response from your back room team clearly showing a lack of empathy or good customer retention. Overall this is greatly impacting on my wellbeing and I’m getting really frustrated 😔

    @EE The problem is not the broadband at the router, that’s fine,it’s the degradation of signal from 600 mbs at router to zero (literally) despite EE assurance that four EE WiFi extenders would ‘do the job’ - not even close & the engineer didn’t even bother to look round the house

    . @ee - so far the ‘full fibre’ you recommended to me was all promise but poor delivery it turns out.I did tell you the size of the house, no problem you said! I’m getting #nosignal at all in parts of house & as little as 40 meg in others. Previous BT disks covered whole house !!
