Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE I've just moved house, I have no WiFi and my phone is all I have to rely on. In the middle of a degree and can't access emails or submit work. Terrible service currently being provided. Thank you for your reply! It just doesn't work, it just says 'pending' until it times out 😔

@EE when I try and unlock my phone when using my new sim with a different network its saying I need my old network provider to unlock my phone for me but on my ee app and the ee website its saying 'you can't access my ee right now'

@EE Just had full fibre 100 installed and seems that you are capping the up/down speeds at 100/20. Thought this was 145mbps and 30mbps? Why is this being capped? Thanks.

I have been extorted and gaslighted by @EE, their fraud department, customer services, Kerry Rutland and Aimee Dagg. I was the victim of identity fraud in 2015 and EE have failed to rectify their wrongdoings and are now gaslighting my experience and truth.

So the mighty @EE are so stupid that they have cut both mine and my wife’s SIM cards off, before our upgraded ones arrive! They also don’t know when that will be. So working from home with no mobile, wife out working with no mobile. What an absolutely stupid system @Ofcom
