@EE @MyTatasAreHot So the company can charge customers extra when they want but when we want to leave our contract early we have to pay? Absolutely disgusting. my whole bill is going up £22 a month and all I got was it’s all customers not just you, customer service is shocking now.

@EE Thought I’d post this again as I’m still waiting for an answer. It is clear that there is a very large customer backlash against your enormous and cruel price hike. Does the business have any plan to address customer dissatisfaction and attempt to rebuild customer confidence?

.@EE 3 DAYS NOW. STILL NO REPLY:“Hi. I’m in Italy and have no service since I arrived yesterday. Roaming is turned on on my iPhone and I can get data from an esim I had to buy but NOTHING from my regular EE line. Please help. Thanks.”

@btsport @ee Shocking. I have a BT account for our Wi-Fi and I have a BT sport account through EE since I got my phone through them but when I try sign into Box office apparently I have no account? Load of **** you guys are.

@EE Paid for roam further on 3 phones. Got to canada yesterday. No connection at all on phones. Been in touch with EE all day yesterday via your useless “CHAT” service and spent half a day on your useless 150 helpline. Still no signal on phones. All 3 used to roam perfect
