@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE I remember years ago an EE employee used this phrase when I asked to price match a competitor deal. I was so disgusted by the arrogant answer that I’ve never used EE since. Funny how things work out.

@EE Yes please. I can’t login on my other device when over network. Wi-fi is fine but just not logging in at all. Logged out and now can’t get back in. Login details all fine and can do it on another device over a different network

To be charged 7 years for a device you never had. @EE admitted fault but refused to pay back what they stole. 2 years on a new default on your credit report for this same device!! Come on!! 🙈 #ee #complaints #eedonotcare

@EE And for an internal cable to be fried and need replacing suggests that the fault was present before I was sent the phone. & now Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value £150, In the long run it's going to be cheaper to pay @EE up and move on as phone likely as more faults.
