@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE Hi my broadband has been down for 6 days. It’s now fixed but the engineer said to contact you to find out about compensation ?
