    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @EE @Brucey_93 so EE recieved it, quoted back the exact phone model in a text, now they say they dont have it and have charged you the trade in amount? How can they not just see that text they sent you? Surely it's their responsibility now for any mistake, not yours @Brucey_93 Awful by EE

    @EE is there issues with your broadband connection at the moment in some areas because our WiFi is just not working? It is very intermittent with signal.

    @EE Prices are awful. I’ve been with you for about 10 years and now I’ve switched to Smarty- sim only plan 30GB for £10 where you could only give me 10GB for the same price. Plus I lost count how many times the monthly price increased through the years

    @MarcAllera @EE The level of customer service at BT has always been awful, but today it surpassed itself in rudeness, greed and selfishness...really really ruined our weekend..that was bt and their crew...TERRIBLE
