@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE I spoke with someone last night. They were unhelpful and rude, and there was absolutely no loyalty to long standing existing customer. I have 3 accounts with yourselves and I have now cancelled all 3 & will move over to sky who value their loyal customers.

@EE Nothing to do with income or hardship. It’s simply about decent service, reasonable price increases and honesty. EE was less than honest about the roaming announcement it made last year. I will be moving to another provider, regardless of rates, when my EE contract ends 1st May.

So @EE has texted this morning to say my local issues are fixed, yet after taking down the local cell site they are still to install the new antennas on a nearby building - and I'm, unsurprisingly, still getting poor signal (a lot of the time 3G). Sigh.

@EE How can this prepared response be believed? For more than 15 years, that I have been travelling to Dundee, the EE signal has been rubbish. You expect me to believe it’s going to change. lol! Apparently O2 and Tesco users have no problems!

@EE You’re having an absolute joke putting my bill up by £5.53 a month most of the time I have no service in my house ! I get no signal at work ! Can’t even make a phone call paying £60 a month been a customer 16yrs 😡😡😡 I want something doing!!
