    Shocking service by @DPDgroup_news. Waited in for a @EE delivery then got a text saying I wasn't in. Driver went to the wrong house in the wrong road. Now needs picking up from a local shop. CS was going to call back but didn't and now it's closed.

    @EE - You've got the cheek to charge me £2 per day for data usage in Europe then not even provide me a service. Phone has spent half the time connected to O2 & the other half without any signal at all Only sending this now as I'm on a train using WiFi. Absolutely scandalous!!!

    Hi @EE I upgraded my phone yesterday but haven’t been able to make a call or use iMessage since as I have no signal…I followed the set up guys instructions but to no avail and I cannot contact you via phone as I don’t have any signal. Help please!x

    @EE my phone is not working abroad!! Can’t make any calls, only working when connected to wifi
