@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

@EE Messaging you has not helped me in the slightest so there is no point. Customer loyalty counts for nothing. I've just talked a family member out of using EE. I wouldn't recommend this provider to my worst enemy

@EE After a week of little to no Internet, I was informed the problem was fixed on Monday. Since then I've had a text every day to say there are problems in my area which will take up to 7 hours to fix so still not getting service for parts of the day. This is one for ofcom I think

@EE 3 weeks ago I ordered my 13 pro max - today I got a text saying there’s stocking issues… same with the 13 pro when I rang up… you sure you can offer this?!?
