Hard to believe it was possible to receive the level of customer service received today from @EE Three hours of me phoning them. Spoke to 11 different people. All very apologetic about the mistakes made. Told what my options were. Made my decision. They’ll get back to me.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Great news. I got three to halve my bill for May due to awful service. They said it was due to the merger with Vodafone . I said not my problem, I pay you for a service. Problem in the UK is that people are afraid to complain & that is why the majority get ******.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Well done! Just a pity EE didn't do it first time around. Day to day staff aren't trained enough, don't care or aren't allowed sufficient time to deal with issues correctly.
