    @Harry_T213 @EE I moved to EE for my home broadband. It was rubbish from the start always had the “switch it on switch it off” spiel from their customer services. A couple of weeks before my contract ended they admitted the router isn’t up to the job of a busy home. By busy they mean 2 people 🤬

    @EE Still no call back - so phoned EE for an update and after an hour on the phone I was told apparently I’ve just to “wait for a call back”… UK’s fastest network… apparently not reflected by their customer service. #badcustomerservice #Complaints

    @EE hi. I changed my sim to an esim but something went wrong. I didn’t receive the activation pin and my old physical card was deactivated so now I have no signal

    I can’t believe @EE and the terrible deal they did for me on the iPhone 13 pro max as an upgrading customer I think it’s time to switch over to another provider

    The Automate saga continues after weeks of trying to get it working. We're at the "if we offer a discount and ignore it, ot might fix itself" methodology Honest to God, 1 Automate tracker and they can't get it working and don't seem to want to know. Very poor. @EE

    @EE Hey! I managed to get my pre-order in for my iPhone 13 Pro Max upgrade - however, I had an exclusive discount code and couldn’t see where this was in the order process so I could add this! Can you please help with this?
