@VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers

@EE absolutely shocking service held for 40 to speak to someone that was not interested in keeping my custom. Filed a complaint told 72 hours for a manager to get back to me. No managers able to talk to me today??Can’t look back any further than 12 months on my account pointless
