@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE Using CPI, go against the norm and don't. Imagine if @EE announced price freezes to help during this time.guarntee you will have had more customers in 12 month than lose them. Your nearly as bad as @bp_UK How are you improving the service exactly? Nothings changed in years

@EE I think your chief finance officer needs help. Got a contract on October, and paying for inflation since April last year? How the f’ck does that work? How would one go about terminating a contract early?
