@EE ... I contacted @TalkTalk today and asked them to cancel the transfer. My expectation is that it would take nearly as long to re-connect me to my old service, although that's not a given, and it might be worth asking. The real question is ...

Hi @EE absolutely no comment from Apple as you can see. I am paying you for a service that doesn’t work. You told me the customer to contact Apple who supply you with these Apple TV devices. @bt_uk don’t reply either. Doesn’t customer service not exist?

  • msabirder Mark Andrews (@msabirder) reported

@ianbennell75 @EE I get stuff like this occasionally, never got as far as clicking on any link though! Usually a clue in wording - eg here they don't take your bill, they take payment.

@EE good morning maybe you can help with a problem I have with your mobile app on my android phone and tablet Since EE did maintenance last Thursday my application won't open

  • rpintean Richard Powell (@rpintean) reported

@ianbennell75 @EE I have in the past. Considering I pay EE by direct debit I assumed it was a scam and deleted the text. I did chuckle at the spam email I had from Amanzon the other day, poor effort.
