@ee have more issues than the character limit here allows me to type (2 accounts, duplicate sims to name a couple) but have given up calling 150 for the 3rd night in a row and being on hold for hours). I Give up @ee. You win #rubbish #useless

Avoid @EE, they said that they would apply my 20% discount code that wasn't working on the site when ordering. Now they are pleading ignorance. I will now have to cancel my new 2 year contract. #EEincompetence

@EE Waited 49min to get through, she put on hold then said have to transfer you to someone who can help, on hold for 20min then she terminated my call. Back on hold again. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄.

@EE well sorry to be say I will be leaving this network. No loyalty to customers, been with ee for many years. Just rang to upgrade my phone and the deals are ridiculous. Can get a loads better deal with another company.

@EE It’s hardly being resolved! I’m left with no service due to your engineer not turning up today! Now have to wait 8 days
