@EE I have been in the USA since Wednesday, I pre-activated roaming before I left the UK, but not once have I been able to access data since I landed. Your chat system only operates during UK business hours, while I am 8hours behind. This has been very frustrating, please help.

@EE Eventually got through to your support team who were less than helpful and lied to me. “We can break your line by resetting the DLM” so “we need to send an engineer to your home” that is RUBBISH! @thinkbroadband have you heard this tripe before?

And to add insult to injury I've been offered a pathetic £20 "goodwill" gesture for overpaying £80 😭 Because they have "no facility to refund plan deals". Wtf. @ee I think this might be the end of the road for us.

@mrteeuk @James_Robbo_PGA @EE He’s gone to his parents in Spain and his mobile roaming not working. Yes it might be a pain in the arse for him but why not just ring customer service now with the problem. I’m sure they’d just sought it.

@yougotthis40 @EE That is a decent enough upload but rubbish download. I’m talking to them now. I am guessing that one of the 2 masts that I connect to is running at low power to accommodate an upgrade/repairs. Or it is generally an issue with their network more widely. Will update the thread

@EE fair enough Ashleigh, so long as that's as far as it goes. Never again close schools, never again should children learn school lessons through a video screen. Thank you.

It's a shame big companies still don't reward customer loyalty. I'm only 165 days away from my phone contract expiring with @EE but will be charged an insane £200+ to early upgrade, despite unknowingly being overcharged £10 a month since August. Not to mention I've been with -
