    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE trying to get hold of a customer service representative since 90 min and no luck. Why is the office closed today? I get to hear that you are extremely busy or the office is currently closed! I got my number disconnected and no clue why that’s done! #unacceptable #ridiculous

    @ee Are there issues with 5G in the west midlands (specifically WV14)? I usually get a strong amd fast 5G signal, but its been 4G only for a few days (at least)

    @EE I've been trying to contact you by calling and chat, for 40 mins. But not managed it yet. I keep getting a 'we're not open today' message when trying to call. Thought you were the best UK network??

    @EE @AJWofthedead Having exactly the same issue, very disappointed that I haven't received my phone, or even a dispatch notification. Customer services line is literally not even taking calls, this just isn't good enough

    @EE been trying to speak to a customer service advisor for over an hour now. Advised to call back later (unable to due to work) or tomorrow......is this your usual standard of customer service?
