@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE I was charged £574.05 after being sold an unlimited plan — plus £25 for “overuse” I wasn’t warned about. My service is now suspended. My Smart Hybrid device never worked (no internet), and I couldn’t reach human support — just AI. No email, no help. Please respond ASAP

@EE I have already rung you 4 times about this, spending over an hour on the phone each time. I really don't want to waste another hour on the same issue I raised a complaint about it, but I've had to response.

@EE why am I paying £30pcm for my broadband? I’m trying to watch a movie one a streaming service @ 2100 on a Sunday evening & it’s buffering every few mins. No other devices are connected at present. Another wk, another issue with my service. Not happy!

@EE This takes me through to the same automated system. 1 for mobile phone and 2 for home broadband which my issue isn't either it's a gaming device purchased

@EE We did get through in the end, one of the problems you couldn't fix due to your poor internal systems. The other problem you did fix, but you have just texted us telling us the opposite Do we really have to do through another hour on the phone to sort this? Why is this so bad?
