    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE (I sent of all the power of attorney documents 1 year ago and had them approved by EE) to collect the phones. I was then told by a very rude manager of the Chiswick high road store in London, that I couldn’t collect them as they were too high value [Part 3]

    @ChrisWilmshurst @O2 @EE Cant go wrong with EE, yeah it’s dear but ******* is it good. You get what you pay for. My mum,sister and mrs are on O2 and don’t get great signal either. Mums always complaining about it lately, shes in london as well.

    @EE i am in severe financial difficulties & just spoke with Jane at Darlington customer service centre. We spoke (or rather I spoke) for 1hr 34 mins & I can honestly say she showed utmost compassion & didn’t judge me or make me feel ashamed or embarrassed give her a payrise ASAP

    @EE and the phones were in high demand (whatever that means)! I was in total shock and called EE customer services that said he was in the wrong but they cannot do anything as EE over the phone and EE in store have different policies… [Part 4]

    @EE To emphasise this @EE, I am really annoyed and disappointed. Whilst I get that I am nothing but a £note to you, I think it's rude to dismiss your competitors in the manner that your operator did.

    @_stargrain @EE make that 4 weeks now ! i think the gigantic elephant in the room is not EE but BT .... i want to get a fiber line but the service is so bad right now im looking at other companies.
