Little update for those wondering; Apparently a mast is pretty broken near me that my internet relies on and taking much longer to fix than anticipated. Next months charge has been waived due to my issues. Top work @EE from your advisor Grant 👍

@EE I accidentally deleted my eSim in EU and I can't get a new one until I'm back in the UK. That's a disgrace. Spoke to many attendants etc. Any possible way of solving this, or should I just go ahead and cancel my plan (I've been a customer since 2017)

@EE Hi Nick. I don't need a hand, other than you need to field test the network in that postcode. Phone works fine elsewhere, just that postcode. Colleagues have the same issue, so they are moving to VF. I'd prefer not to move.
