@EE Hi! Thanks for replying. Turns out that he'd had it on charge but hadn't switched the plug on, so it had less batter than he'd expected. He's pretty hopeless with tech etc so he phoned me straight away, and it's tough to help when you're not there, haha. Thank you anyway:)

Guess which mobile network has frozen my account because I’ve not paid a £1099 charge on my account for an iPhone 12 Pro I never received, because I cancelled the contract before the phone was even released by apple? @ThreeUK @EE, will you look after me?

I really really do wish that @EE would fix their issues with their servers, I’m tired of being told my internet is fine when it’s dropping out every hour or 30 minutes..
