Hello, @ee I'm having an issue with my phone number 07498622995. After a year of not using the SIM, my outgoing calls are blocked, and I got a payment error when trying to buy a plan: "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now."

@EE Only anyone who has no clue about customer service would send my wife a survey about their performance when on the advice of the call centre we had to resort to her submitting a complaint about the appalling customer service!! EE Deal with my wife's complaint first!!

Tried to call @EE as WiFi signal won't reach through whole house. Upgraded to full fibre and it's worse than old broadband. Why is it so hard to speak to somebody!
