@EE @PokemonGoApp I'm black. You're causing me serious anxiety with the delay on the delivery of the ps5. It's unfair that I have to chase it up with you. The agent I spoke to was unbothered and had no explanation for the delay. Look into this as for people with anxiety this is awful. Explain.

Hi @EE I recently moved country and before I left the UK I checked with your teams help that my phone was unlocked however I tried today to add a New Irish Sim Card and it was blocked as the phone is locked. Can you please help? thanks

@EE You took my money but then I have had to chase you up about the delivery of my order over the last 3 days. This is for the Ps5. The agent I spoke to said there was no reason for the delay and encouraged me to cancel my order. Wtf. This is causing me stress and serious anxiety
