    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    Still can’t log into the @EE app or my online account, I was told several weeks ago that it was a known issue and would be resolved in 72 hours. I’m sure EE will be telling me shortly that my bill is due to increase, but I can’t even access my bill.

    @EE with 345k followers who probably don’t realise how your customer complaints model is a total fail.. no “ how can we resolve”but “ if you don’t xyz case is closed”.. not nice.

    @serendi04728279 @EE they are very quick to cut people off, I requested a payment extension which was never an issue before but got declined. not to mention the fact that my app STILL says my account is closed

    @bt_uk It’s disappointing that after 5 calls to @EE today the outcome was that my mother has decided to move her broadband service to another provider after being told that the prices available on the EE website couldn’t be matched over the phone.
