    @lankypride @mouthwaite @EE That’s awful!Now I might have to switch too.I hope you complained.People like that need to be fired.I used to love making people happy &helping them when I worked in a customer facing role.Some people I worked with,however seemed to think differently.They need a different job!

    @EE what super fantastic deals can you offer a customer of 13 years on an upgrade? I got a message today to say you’ll wave my early upgrade fee but the plans all seem to be £60+ and have a charge for the phone I want. Can I have a super special discount for being so brilliant

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue
