@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@shannonstokes93 @EE I spoke to EE live chat yesterday and the advisor told me a whole pack of lies, basically guaranteeing me a PS5, I also have my transcript. All that customer services offered was £10 credit and to take the complaint further internally 🙄

@Natalie64650337 @EE It’s a shame that awful staff gives the rest of @EE staff a bad name. After 3 calls I eventually got through to to a guy in Plymouth. Couldn’t have helped more and he was the nicest customer services person I’ve spoken to. Pity I didn’t get his name. He deserves some recognition.

Hi @EE are there known problems with both the broadband and masts in the fareham area? My parents can't access either right now, they were told yesterday to use WiFi to boost calls but now the router is showing green.....

@ee totally disgusted with the customer service from EE this week!! next day upgrade still waiting a week later and still not resolved. Pretty shocked this is how you treat loyal customers with multiple lines, devices and broadband will be changing supplier when contracts are up!
