@EE You guys keep on boasted about best UK network and now free data . My partner can't even receive simple texts which came along way before all this streaming 🧐. She's rung twice to fix it and then fails soon after .

@EE Loyal customer since 2011, currently out of contract, with EU roaming and unlimited data, but bill is double what was sold and my data is not unlimited. You don't want me as a customer do you? Should I just go elsewhere?

Can somebody @EE contact me to sort out my European roaming please? Spoke yesterday and promised to have it sorted within 24 hours. Activated last week before leaving UK now in Eastern Europe with kids and phone useless. #poor

@drbowater @EE Oh, I know where the phone is. I left it at the car hire in Seattle shortly before an international flight to Amsterdam and there was no time to go back for it. The car hire have terrible customer service too..

@EE I have been a customer of ee for years yet you charged. When I took all my contract and under a law that was brough out u r supposed to let the customer no when there contracts runs out from Nov 2021 u carried on charging me for my ipad. Stealing, wont refund yet u think

@EE hey guys, I've taken an additional line in store but I'm getting terrible signal during the day at work. Would this fall in a category of a return because of poor signal or does that only apply to home address? Cheers
