    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @GorwayGlobal @EE Their website is so bad.... im always on the phone to them. They take your name, say ses there is a problem, add you to a list available say it will be back to normal in 24Hrs

    @EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

    @ee #o2 sort out your masts near # Iwade Kent. 4hrs stuck in traffic with terrible service on both networks barely communicate either anyone. This is 2026 sort it out

    Dear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

    @EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone

    @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u
