@lakingsfan82 @EE Always best to do online/phone. You have the 14 day distance selling regulation to fall back on. You may find customer services have to refer you back to store as well.

What useless,unhelpful service @EE Best to deal with the main provider & not some other ‘middle’ company that is just making a buck out of you.I will be terminating my contract with EE & returning to BT. 9 days without internet has affected my boys education & my work!!
