  @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

  @EE I did call again and the woman said she'd send him a message to call me. That was over 3 hours ago. This was all about retaining me as a customer. Henry had an idea that he was going to check out and come back to me.

  What an absolute mess from @EE Isabella promised the world, then hung up. Jack followed up on those promises and gave me the deal I needed…well so I thought. Full of lies and **** ups! Bye Bye EE, never again!
