    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE 11th day in a row with slow or no broadband. What happens to the minimum speed guarantee, now that you have broken the agreement?

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

    @EE I’m done with your call centres. 3 months. No support. I’m not calling back. I’m writing to @Offcom about the most laughable awful service I’ve ever received.

    @WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.

    @Strudle2807 @EE @NOW That's an interesting comment, since I swapped to EE I've had excellent service and none of the pixilated issues I used to get.

    @EE EE mis sold me a broadband contract. I cancelled my contract with EE but they poached me back by misrepresenting the deal. Furious! My complaint registered but complaint closed yesterday without them even ringing me. I will not be renewing with EE

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
