    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE So is it a fault or the station that’s the problem? The station is quite open and my work o2 handset works very well. Is it possible o2 have much better equipment?

    @o2businessuk it's June 2022, and I still can't send or receive wifi SMS text messages over your crummy network. No signal at my home office! Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or maybe I should move to @EE ? 2FA is a nightmare

    @EE Hi When I’ve spoken to customer service before alternative deals have been offered to what is available on the website my husband has iPhone 13 mini ,100gb data unlimited text/calls for £41 p/M I can’t see anything close to this on the standard upgrade

    @EE can you please fix your web site been trying for months to add a device to my plan and I keep been requested to log back in. I have used other devices. Other browsers. Cleared catch. And even tried using vpn. Problem is your side and the developers of the site.

    @EE I called and was told by two members of staff in the UK customer services that ukraine are no longer included in the roaming packages and now have to pay to make calls and early £7 a day for 150mbs of Internet. By two members of staff?

    @EE It’s been the same for the last 4-5 years. It’s not the phone or SIM card, the network is just very poor.
