@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE are absolute joke round my area. Lie upon lie. After this contract is up I'm looking elsewhere that has reliable internet service. Because this is atrocious. Especially when I'm trying to watch a wwe show. It's not acceptable.

@EE That's all brilliant but why are all your phone lines closed after 8pm why can't we tell you you broadband has failed between 8pm and 8 am. It is a bit shambolic really 😢 My broadband is not working pleases do something about it Thank you

For absolutely no one who cares on the @EE saga. Go to shop as told to. Told that ‘people who work on the phones don’t know what they are doing and there’s nothing I can do here’. Once again, stonking lack of culpability & customer service. How long do we think it will take?!

@Gizzipig @EE The app was totally rebuilt about 2 months ago and there has been quite a few issues. Always a good idea to delete and re-download. I wouldn’t call through at moment as that’s definitely a known issue on PaYG accounts and the app.

@EE Why are the Apple Watch sims so expensive? Can you do a lite version that’s cheaper. I almost never use it away from my phone but £7pm for a rare phone call is excessive.

@EE Yes I got through. They told me there are no problems in my area. Just after I got a text message saying work in being done on the service in the area. 🙄
