    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @Fiona_1Who @EE had to call 150, chose the open for lost/stole/technical support (3 i think?), stayed on the line for nearly 15mins, spoke to PAYG and turns out the pack i had was discontinued. it was an 'everything pack' so i had to change it to another pack. all the addons are transferred!

    @EE Have you got billing problems today, my PAYG pack has supposedly not be renewed due to lack of credit and I've got enough credit in there for the next 4 or 5 months.

    @EE I've been trying for three days to upgrade my phone???? I just called your Sales team who gave me the upgrades number who then told me they can't connect me with someone! Appalling service

    @EE If anyone is thinking of getting a new phone in the January deals that involves getting it unlocked don’t bother! The Unlock Team have been deemed ‘not business critical’ and this apparently means they don’t have to answer any requests for help even when they’ve been escalated!
