@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE the signal in my area (standard residential area in a big town) is hopeless. Complained loads of time but they keep saying there's no fault. 0 bars and terrible call quality even in the garden

@EE Trying to upgrade, using an emergency services perks discount code but it just says the code invalid. The perks site says the code can be used on upgrades though.

months, and so far I cannot connect to the internet!? Would there be a simple solution to this? I’ve tried sorting it through the app and website, but trying to register without an @EE phone number is a nightmare.
