So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

@EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

Disgusted with @EE just been onto your live chat team who told me they can't help me (despite promising I wouldn't be cut off before Thursday, I was) and the advice I've been left with was 'download Skype to call us because we cut you off'. As a result I am stranded at hospital.

@EE hi. I need to complain re service upgrading. First sent wrong colour phone, then delays getting right one ordered because had to have wrong phone back first. All done then reorder phone, 8 days go by. No phone, call CS who have no record of phone being despatched. Appalled.
