  @EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

  @EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

  @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

  @EE Oh dear. Another corporate standard response. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

  @EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

  @EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

  @EE I understand this isn’t directly you. But we are being lied to. Everyone locally is complaining. And nothings being done. You’ve turned a mast off in the town centre. There’s little or no signal, 4g and 5g barely works. I’m at home with 1bar. Where as before it was full.

  @harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🤞🏻

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE Ok, I’ll call (yet again). I will also be filing a consumer protection complaint because you guys have no business calling yourselves “UK’s best network” and my partner and I deserve some real accountability for the stress you’ve caused us.
