    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    @EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

    @EE So I paid £30 PAYG as it’s got the most data. AND YOU downgrade me too 3G which is so old fashioned it’s untrue! My signal is poor. I was advised EE was the best for signal / customer service.There was no 1/2

    So I rang @EE last month (customer service is excellent by the way) and as my contract came to an end I changed to a sim only. £10 a month for exactly the same service as I had when I was paying £67 a month. Keep on top of your dates people! 😎

    @EE I now have as my son cake home with his phone but...had he not been coming home and I needed to add it what would I have done? The online option (and app I might add) have been down for days. We all pay a premium for the service. I know it's not your fault but it needs sorting.

    @EE Any chance you are going to fix the ongoing error for topping up data etc. on PAYG sims? Has been like it for days and I can't top up my sons phone!!!! Addons purchase error has been showing since last week!

    @EE @emilyysewell_ Emily that will do nothing is a cop out from mobile provider... download a call blocker from the app store may help or do what I do is get a whistle and blow down the phone soon stop calling you
