    @EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

    It's not my handset, it's their lousy coverage. I even showed them @rootmetrics maps showing how bad it is round here. "Sorry we can't rely on that data"... So it's goodbye @EE and hello @VodafoneUK

    @EE Oh dear. Another corporate standard response. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    @EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

    @EE It would be nice to know how to get through to a human? Because every time I call, I get sent a text about checking the service, confirming there’s an issue and then a different date/time for resolution and the call gets ended.

    @robinwilson16 @EE Mine was ordered on pre order day. I was advised it would be delivered on launch day the 19th. No where to be seen. And still stuck on pending on the tracker. I’m expected to pay the pre-order price for a device I haven’t got. Whilst people who have taken out their plan after pre-order are receiving their devices at cheaper prices. To top it all. @EE say if I cancel. I will be pushed to the back of the line.

    @EE what’s going on with your network, was Deon for 8 hours yesterday and it’s the same again today, this can’t be happening I’m missing too many calls, there’s need to be some kind of compensation for this.

    @EE big up Mike, manager in billing. Error when upgrading to 17 Pro Max, left Apple Music off my plan. Called up today and Mike just waked 24 months of Apple Music on my plan, free of charge for the whole 2 years 🔥 now that’s customer service! @MarcAllera
