@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

@EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE @bt_uk I have they want to sell me some wi-fi extenders. Why should I buy more things just to get a signal upstairs and to my security cameras, I didn't need them with @bt_uk hub i might get 900mbps into my property but what comes out of the hub is trash.

@ee.co.uk Has to be one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Really bad service, a charge taken for a unreturned box, that was returned and confirmed by EE. Terrible reception means it is difficult or impossible to watch live TV.

@EE 2 He relied on phones etc as tetraplegic, but you made his last few days a misery. Fragmented, unresponsive and uncaring. Not fit for purpose. He spent his last morning talking to an engineer after hours on the phone. 9 weeks on-still not working!

@EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

@EE just had appalling customer service from your call centre staff trying to arrange a broadband installation date. I spoke to three people, none of whom could help and was eventually cut off. How do I escalate this and talk to someone who can take ownership of the problem and help?
