@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE @BTSopenreach Engineer came yesterday to fix our noisy phoneline took him a lot longer than expected he was patient, (we had lots of questions & phone wiring is v odd) he was funny & v polite credit to yr Co.

@EE I still can’t make or receive calls for a second day. I’ve rang your customers multiple times and either can’t get through, or on hold for hours and then you cut the call. Disappointing and disgraceful customer service but still happy to take our money 🤬.
