    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesnโ€™t work.! Iโ€™m stuck on 3G, Iโ€™m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

    @EE Maybe will try again. The apple music hasn't been added as tried to download and it said EE hasn't applied. Teething problems I guess.

    @EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isnโ€™t locked to a network and isnโ€™t on EE.

    @EE what is it with your broadband? itโ€™s fine one week then the next week itโ€™s then on off on off 7/8 times an hour! We pay for a service but it just keeps playing up. This is especially irritating as me and the wife are working from home! Speed is fluctuating like crazy too!

    @EE got a new pay as you go sim, using unlocked iphone 8. Only gives me 1 bar of service anywhere and data never works. Is there something I'm missing or have I wasted my money?

    @ee your online repair form is broken, I have lifetime warranty showing on my phone in MyEE. The PDF generated after ordering a repair, says that it's out of warranty and I will need to pay, even though repair process I went through told me it was covered....

    @EE @Ofcom @DailyMirror complaint ref: 14800601 I found โ€˜Kirstyโ€™ from the #EE executive account team to be very intimidating and blackmailing towards myself in regards to dealing with my complaint of very poor network coverage/service from #EE very disappointing. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž
