Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England
@EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....
-
Andrew Tonge (@tongey93) reported from Bishop Auckland, England

So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

@EE Strange, I left Plusnet last month which uses EE network due to poor reception in Manchester, and parts of Cumbria, I'm now on Lebara which uses the Vodafone network, much better signal, and far cheaper, I think your advert is miss-leading @vodafone

I'm cringing at @EE technical support right now. Listening to my friend talk to them. 30 minutes of going through ridiculous questions when the phone itself says it needs returning to manufacturer... Please explain how reducing sending texts will change battery fault...

@EE Hi I'm still really struggling to get any 4G signal let alone 5G for the second day in a row now.
-
Scott McVinnie (@scottymcv) reported
@EE I did that earlier. Best offer was a summer deal for iphone 12, 40gb at £68p/month. I currently pay £64 (minus nhs discount) for 60gb. Why would i pay more for less? When a customer is willing to pay for early upgrade, you'd think there would be more on offer 🤔
