So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

Feels like I only take to twitter recently to vent about @EE Thought I was onto a winner, ordered a S22 without issue. Now with no delivery in site, found my add on are all cancelled and can't be turned back on Best thing is I'm in Sweden at the end of the month with no roaming!

@EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

@EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

I have never received such poor and customer service as that in @EE today. Lady in store-fab. Truly lovely. Sadly had to call retentions team who just lost my business. Now in 3 store getting new contract, hubby is getting one as well because he was out of contract with you.

@EE Using CPI, go against the norm and don't. Imagine if @EE announced price freezes to help during this time.guarntee you will have had more customers in 12 month than lose them. Your nearly as bad as @bp_UK How are you improving the service exactly? Nothings changed in years

@EE Waited hours for help on Live Chat, and the next morning there was still no response from Tech Support. Managed to fix myself the next day, but not impressed as was a long time without my phone and your website is useless, offers no suggestions. A Network Reset fixed it.
