    @EE I was a chef on the quayside, now a little further south and inland. The issue is with my home broadband. Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.

    Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

    This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

    Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

    @EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?
