@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

Shocking service from @EE I had requested my broadband/landline be cancelled as from 24 March but don't think it's been done. I'm fobbed off by telling me to ring. I'm currently living in a poor mobile signal area so how's that going to work? Made a formal complaint.

@EE love seeing that my bill has gone up by £7 this month moving forward. Not like we havnt got enough price increases with petrol and gas and electricity. This is how you treat loyal customers. I’ll be going to 3 from now on.

@orange @EE @orangeJo This company does not care about providing service to clients and will just present you attractive deals before providing you with the service you expect. Where the customer support will not assist you; for example, my landline has been out of service for almost 3 month
