Mark Thornton (@big__dave_) reported from Darlington, England@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Is there any transmitter issues with the weather or could it simply be my phone. Galaxy S8+. It's my business phone so I need to resolve this as I'm struggling to talk to people. Rgds Mark.
-
Fortitude Fitness & Nutrition (@FortitudeFn) reported from Darlington, England@EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. -
Philip Johnson 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@pasenretard) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Make sure a noisy MP has it fixed but dont proactively fix it for the general population. #twotierservice
-
Mike Cloudsdale (@MikeCloudsdale) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Ditto in SW London, usually only get one bar of signal and frequently have issues with calls cutting off or breaking up.
-
CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite
-
Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').
-
Alex Knott (@AlexKnott241254) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I'm on O2 and very very rarely gets coverage issue except may be festivals
-
Toby #FBPE #FBPA (@tobybmth) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?
-
Mike Wright (@Baron_Flumpy) reportedAmen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.
-
JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still useless. I’d advise anyone who is considering joining EE don’t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
-
Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported@EE Tried everything, even resetting network settings only place you get 5g is promenade and south rhyl, its definitely not covering the whole of rhyl
