@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@achilledpinot @EE authorities. I was in the sin bin for 6 years! I had been a customer from '97. It did not matter. Having said that my current provider provides **** customer service via chat bots and Philippinos in a remote call centre. So glad I don't need to use them.
