    Feels like I only take to twitter recently to vent about @EE Thought I was onto a winner, ordered a S22 without issue. Now with no delivery in site, found my add on are all cancelled and can't be turned back on Best thing is I'm in Sweden at the end of the month with no roaming!

    @mardybumkate @EE I've been without signal since 16:22 yesterday, text said within 6hrs should be resolved, yet here I am with no signal or data or any further updates, I'm in the DL3 area.

    @EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

    @EE I was a chef on the quayside, now a little further south and inland. The issue is with my home broadband. Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

    This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

    @EE Hi, itโ€™s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. ๐Ÿ‘

    @EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

    Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

    @justnvc @EE I had a similar experience with the house my ex bought. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !

    @BenGungyal @EE EE broadband didnt exist 15yrs ago wtf you talking about?! It was BT up until last year when EE took it over & creatd their own plans. I know coz I was moved from BT to EE when the company was bought out &Course it goes up it goes up every year march with the API even in contract

    @EE are your door to door sales teams trained to lie and tell people that โ€œThe internet is slow in this area and weโ€™re updating the lines?โ€ Over the last 2 years weโ€™ve had the same from different sales teams. Itโ€™s nothing but fraud.

    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If itโ€™s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because itโ€™s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

    @robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.

    @robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced ๐Ÿ™„
