Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.

So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

Now with no delivery in site, found my add on are all cancelled and can't be turned back on Best thing is I'm in Sweden at the end of the month with no roaming!

Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
