Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

  • mick_jones75 Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

  • tongey93 Andrew Tonge (@tongey93) reported from Bishop Auckland, England

  • AlisonBLowndes Alison B. Lowndes ✿ (@AlisonBLowndes) reported from Newsham, England

  • Madams1994 Matthew Adams (@Madams1994) reported from Billingham, England

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

  • MarkMcAneny Mark McAneny (@MarkMcAneny) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

  • LukeHockborn Luke Hockborn (@LukeHockborn) reported from Billingham, England

Thought @EE customer service was bad 2 years ago when I was trying to upgrade, went to @O2 and Christ they’re even worse 💩

  • Joe__Monty Joe (@Joe__Monty) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?
