So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. The reception was terrible she is 20 and just wanted to be on social media also she could never receive a call. We did complain but a few months half price was all they could manager.
