The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.

I can’t drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the motorway without having calls/meetings cut off at three different points. Many parts of Glasgow have patchy coverage and in every hospital I’ve worked in across central Scotland (9) you can’t get a signal
