Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

The reception was terrible she is 20 and just wanted to be on social media also she could never receive a call. We did complain but a few months half price was all they could manager.

Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.
