@EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

@EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

@EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

@EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

@EE Been with your Broadband for 6 years mobile phone contract 12 years. I can't use your services anymore as the place I'm moving to already has EE broadband and you want to charge me £164 to cancel. I am furious with this level of service for a exemplary customer of yours.

I swear @EE are doing everything they can to get one over on me. Jumping through hoops and submitting forms and ringing numbers just to be told I have to wait 72 hours every time I send an email. By the time I cancel my contract will be a year gone…

Really disappointed in @EE (previously orange) as hubby has been with them for 22+ yrs. He is due an upgrade. They are way higher priced and won't match other providers phone deals. Commission is obviously more important than customer loyalty. He will be switching providers!
