If you're an @EE pay monthly customer you can get 6 months of @BritBox_UK for free. Text BRITBOX to 150 for details or ENTERTAINMENT for other offers.

  • bsimopaz Bob Simpson (@bsimopaz) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

  • LukeHockborn Luke Hockborn (@LukeHockborn) reported from Billingham, England

Thought @EE customer service was bad 2 years ago when I was trying to upgrade, went to @O2 and Christ they’re even worse 💩

  • Joe__Monty Joe (@Joe__Monty) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

  • Hannah_Coll95 Hannah Collinson (@Hannah_Coll95) reported from Billingham, England

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

  • mattsykes86 Matt Sykes (@mattsykes86) reported from Northallerton, England

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

  • DanielHill21 Daniel Hill (@DanielHill21) reported from Redcar, England

@EE can you help with an email I’ve received?

  • rachsclarke rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

  • lgchoc1971 lynn graham (@lgchoc1971) reported from Redcar, England

@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

  • marc3374 Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

  • LiamMellor Liam Mellor (@LiamMellor) reported from Redcar, England

@EE having problems with my signal at home but not anywhere else. Never had this problem before can you advise help

  • JamieMCollis Jamie Collis (@JamieMCollis) reported from Darlington, England

@EE really weak signal in Darlington the evening - losing all signal as soon as I go into a building!

  • TerryFBH Terry Chapman or FBH (@TerryFBH) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE please pass on my thanks to Peter in your Middlesbrough, Linthorpe Rd shop. Mobile wouldn't turn on. He sorted it in minutes. And wouldn't accept a tip. Great service!!!! #UTB

  • lgchoc1971 lynn graham (@lgchoc1971) reported from Redcar, England

@EE It said live chat wasn’t available for delivery queries even though I’d said it was for technical support

  • lgchoc1971 lynn graham (@lgchoc1971) reported from Redcar, England

@EE new customer here, I’m trying to log into my account but it’s taking forever for your website to load up, are you having issues?

  • MarkMcAneny Mark McAneny (@MarkMcAneny) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

  • rachsclarke rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

  • marie_kelleher Marie Kelleher (@marie_kelleher) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@mouthwaite @EE I feel for you as you seem a very patient lady. Customer services at EE have let you down no excuses. The other lady who was rude to you on Twitter needs to learn some manners 🥰

  • LiamMellor Liam Mellor (@LiamMellor) reported from Redcar, England

@EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

  • TomFahyNo1 Tom Fahy (@TomFahyNo1) reported from Darlington, England

@Proof_of_Skate @EE The phone is an upgrade, the contract is a agreed continuation of service.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cqky 𝙠 ₊˚𖤐 (@cqky) reported

@northolt3103 @EE horrible signal in Manchester, no more than 2 bars and i’m almost as close to the city centre as someone can reasonably live. really surprising to see the sharp decline of mobile networks.

  • MrJNStringer JamesNStringer (@MrJNStringer) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Yes - my signal is awful!

  • buddymk11 Man From Del Monte (@buddymk11) reported

@northolt3103 @EE The signal here was always full bars. Now I’m lucky to get 1 or 2. , broadband is with them as well. Was with sky before & just as bad. They just put their prices up £4 a month from March. This js my last year. I’m off.

  • fagewelsh Rolland Butter (@fagewelsh) reported

@northolt3103 @EE It's the same with every mobile network, due to the amount of people using the networks, apparently the population has been vastly underestimated and there could be between 100-120 million people in the country, active sim cards come to 1.8 per person on the figute of 68 million

  • k3ith57 redi (@k3ith57) reported

@northolt3103 @EE I got tired of the constant price increases. I to have been with them since the Stone Age. Last price increase took my out of contract bill to £35.00 month. Dumped and joined smarty. £12 a month 100gb data unlimited call and text. Never had a problem.

  • 2SortsNorfolk Darren (@2SortsNorfolk) reported

@EE I left a few years ago after being a customer since the one2one days, but in the market for a data only sim for a mifi device. Only EE and THREE cover where I need it. Then I saw the tweet about a 24% increase so interested in knowing how that came about before I committed.

  • WorldThatchplay Thatch 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧❤💥💦🍆🍆💣🐍🇮🇱 (@WorldThatchplay) reported

@EE can I assume your call centre is closed today? Ive been on hold for nearly an hour, I cant wait to leave your shoddy service.

  • Ianmc22efc Ian mc (@Ianmc22efc) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Been with them since they were Orange and your correct, some places I have to connect onto WiFi for signal and I’m not talking in the countryside.

  • Golfstee Steve (@Golfstee) reported

@northolt3103 @EE They are BT and have always rinsed everyone,a truly awful company.

  • GrumpyManUK Grumpy Man UK (@GrumpyManUK) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Yup, 5G mast right near me. When it first went up, 5G signal was fine. Later down the line, I’m lucky if I ever get it all at that same location.
