@EE Yep, anyone who stumbles across my tweet having the same issue, uninstall the app then reinstall, something wrong with the update from EE where its not updating the installed app.

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

@dpd_uk total shambles. My @EE du wry failed because the driver ‘missed’ me as if I was t home. I’m standing in my doorway, no DPD van came down my drive. Always happens. I don’t know what companies like EE use DPD. Says it will be delivered tomorrow. If not I’ll cancel my order

@EE Well Jess Thanks for responding took EE sim out replaced BT sim for now to restore service, told wait until Monday should be seamless with change to EE but same number as promised 🙏🙏🙏 but agent on phone sadly uninformed and had to ask for support every minute 😭

@EE I am on Vodafone, my wife is with EE. Both of us experience different areas around the country where there is no signal. I want to have a PAYG EE so I have a back up network, for instance for my taxi credit card payments, but £10 a month is too much for a backup.

@EE hi just wanted to let you that the 5.14.0 update is broken it’s giving a green screen and not loading at all try deleting it and reinstalling but nothing is working this needs fixing this is on the Apple side I’m not to sure on the Android side I’m running a Dev Build

@EE does your app randomly stop you from making payments where the network doesn't really want to fix it when it's happened numerous times and have confirmation from the bank it's not down to the bank? Feeling like a change as I'm not feeling the loyalty from my current network
