Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

Rave With Dave UK (@ravewithdaveuk) reported from Middlesbrough, England@EE Contacted EE tech support regarding this mobile mast now not working, that has resulted in a significant reduction in service in #Ormesby Which was a waste of my time as they couldn't grasp the issue raised, just kept going on about general mobile coverage in the area.
-
rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.
-
Ekele (@callme_kells) reported@EE your broadband service has been very very poor since 3 weeks now. I have wasted hours on multiple occasions talking to your team about it. Frustrating 😡!
-
Nagging Fishwife (@Cazcharl1) reported@EE how about getting your door to door sales people to show their ID before telling them they need to check their broadband speed!! Especially with the elderly. Bad practice.
-
Emily @ Dead Winter's Night (@DeadWintersNigh) reported@EE For the past week or so the wi-fi connection has been constantly dropping and disconnecting. It is not my computer because I have fixed the settings. It is unacceptable that the expensive service you provide is rubbish.
-
A2Z BOSS (@A2zboss) reported@England @EE Bro clam down okay
-
David charnock (@david4charnock) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Yeah but o2 signal and coverage is absolutley shocking
-
"Lady" Harwell because my butcher said I talk posh (@wearesiam) reported@EE @BT email still down!
-
Equilan (@Equilan) reported@EE The DD was setup but money moved to another account as it's paid from my billing account. How long does it take them to retry? It's been a week now. So, you're also advising me to call the number that doesn't work. I give up. Thankfully my contract is up in October.
-
Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
-
Robert Melvin (@Melvin23Rob) reported@EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!
