    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @TomPickering @EE That commute is like going through the dark ages for mobile signal. I used to load tabs up when I had signal so I had stuff to read along the way

    @EE Never is though, same problem all the time, yea continually restarting phone etc, so why all the messages almost every day stating that there’s a problem with network if there’s not a problem, I’m at my wits end with EE and their continual denial that there’s a problem !

    @EE Monday to say that network was sorted, clearly isn’t again as I am continually having dropped calls and unable to hear callers on phone, I would like this escalated please to a manager, even yesterday I was having dropped calls and unable to hear anything. Check my call records

    Buzzin to return to @EE broadband, home phone, 4G routers for my business, & mobile! Coz EE don’t do biz BB as such I went to @BTBusiness - took weeks to sort & ended up staying for 1 day! Not only does their service suck but the wifi is awful for highlanders! EE all the way! 🥳

    @EE Hi, I'm currently in Pakistan, not using EE sim however I'm going to Netherlands on Tuesday, can I text 'Roaming' to 150 while in Netherlands when I land there. I'm pay as you go customer. Will it charge me anything to text 150 while in abroad. Thanks
