    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @ICOnews @Ofcom @EE hi there. Been getting regular spam phone calls from numbers which are (I think) obviously spoofing the number as the first 8 digits perfectly match my own. Last 3 always change. I’m registered with TPS. Calls either silent or play nonsense recorded msg. Help?

    Finally leaving @EE after over a decade. Adding a "free trial" of a service onto my number without consent, then charging me for it because I didn't know to opt out. See you very soon @giffgaff

    @EE But these issues crop up basically once a month, and have been for the last 12-18 months? Signal is poor, throughout is poor, calls drop, calls go robotic. It's been flagged several times but nothing is ever done to rectify the issues?

    @EE It's ridiculously convoluted to navigate. One can't cancel lines. The 'chat' service is slower than the current PM. Need I go on? And please, this is an exchange of information. My wellbeing is of no concern to you.

    @EE Far too late, Holly. I've managed to navigate the horrors of your app, and cancel it myself (again). Offence is the wrong word, Holly. I'm not offended, just baffled that my wellbeing has anything to do with what is just an exchange of information.
