    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @MarkyTalk @EE Can’t disagree. I’m only with them as I have a historic deal they continue to try and get me to move from. I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree

    @DerekAllan61 @EE When my contract finishes with @EE at Christmas I won't be renewing either ridiculous been with them 12 years prices and 5g coverage is terrible

    @EE tried that - both on phone & online through app. Can’t make complaint as don’t seem to have an account set up for my Broadband. Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I too have had so many issues with EE/BT, spanning in excess of two and a half years. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

    @EE why for the last few months does my plan never renew when I'm always in credit think it's time for me to move on...not going into a store every month to solve it 🤬🤬🤬

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE
