Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

@EE having issues with mobile internet and calls in Watford. Usually 4g and 5G speeds very good. Today 2Mb upload 0.17Mb download on both 4g and 5g. Reported on website. Any issues at your end? Speeds in the 100-200Mb range usually and phone signal strong.1/2

@EE My first reference number is DKI7799653, it was arranged to connect on 19th May. Your service team informed me suddenly that your system cancelled my service on the afternoon of 18th May, so I was replaced the plan but I still have not been informed when it will be connected

@EE you are driving me mad!! Got a simcard pack, sim wouldn't register, called for help, guy said it wouldn't register unless I topped it up, so I did and it still doesn't register, can't live chat to you says to call you, when I call I can't get through to a human!! Please help!
