@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

Can’t knock @EE phoned them yesterday to see why I’ve got dodgy reception at home for the last few days, bird I spoke to gave me 50% off my bill & is phoning me back Saturday to see if the issue is sorted, if not she’s gonna gimme the month free, on all 3 contracts.

Take afternoon off work to get internet sorted in new place. No one shows up! Whole afternoon wasted and still no internet which I am paying @EE for. @EE poor service, up your game please!

@EE you guys should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. You took advantage of the language barrier and sold a SIM only contract to my friend who said he did not want but regardless it arrived. It was never used and he tried telling you again he didn't want it

@LivWojniak @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
