@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@feather_26_ @EE BT all the way for me. We've had few problems, the one time our net cut out we were sent a mini hub and unlimited phone data to tether. Plus got some powerline adapters for free!

@EE mis-sold me the roam further pass. I’m abroad in America unable to use my phone as promised. Promised a call from EE to fix this being charged for data when I was told I wouldn’t be. Where is my phone call

@NazN001 @EE Yup...I have the same problem. I rang tech support and they had no idea that there was an issue. They couldn’t re register my phone either. In fact my number is now not recognised by MyEE. Looks like a problem with the App/website. Rather shocking that tech support knew nothing.

@EE @chunky_mufc ‘Not aware of any issues’! Mentions are full of your customers with this exact same issue. Just spoke to advisor on phone and they can’t access anything either. A statement would be helpful.
