@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

Never have I heard of no cooling off period! Not even had the phone or tab 24 hrs and @EE are flat out refusing to cancel it and take back the products my mom had yesterday. My mom is 75 she made a rash decision and has since changed her mind and @EE are being super unhelpful

Never take out a contract with @EE absolute bunch of crooks! Refusing to stop taking payments for a cancelled contract because a complaint has been lodged with the ombudsman...how is that legal??

@EE Instead of asking people to send you jokes wouldn’t it be better if EE did it’s job efficiently and provided customers with an improved service? We’d prefer phones & tweets answered promptly rather than EE laughing at jokes. EE=Appalling way to treat customers.

@MarcAllera @EE Any chance your customer service teams could do their job properly. Poor internal comma, no apparent complaints route and staff refusing to give escalation details. Frustrating and shambolic.
