Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

@EE hi I’m in America and added the roaming further add on but I’m not able to access the Internet, it just doesn’t work, yesterday my daughter was really ill and it was so stressful not being able to look up where to get help. Please advise.

@EE Well Jess Thanks for responding took EE sim out replaced BT sim for now to restore service, told wait until Monday should be seamless with change to EE but same number as promised 🙏🙏🙏 but agent on phone sadly uninformed and had to ask for support every minute 😭

@GrahamK79563214 @EE Well you might think yourself lucky Hubby spoke to EE/BT person got led into a total disaster with 2new SIM cards sent out no way to tell who’s was who’s all mobile service 🤬🤬🤬lost to my phone

@EE does your app randomly stop you from making payments where the network doesn't really want to fix it when it's happened numerous times and have confirmation from the bank it's not down to the bank? Feeling like a change as I'm not feeling the loyalty from my current network
