    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

    @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number

    @EE @EE now this has affected my credit score 😡 all because of inept advisors. The service has been so bad. I need to speak to someone I head office ASAP

    @EE Awful customer service today. New contract agreed which has now been cancelled by you because of a mistake made by you. I have to call you and renegotiate the contract tomorrow.

    Surely there’s mitigating circumstances in this and some common sense can be applied, I won’t be receiving the service I pay for and my living situation is something totally out of my control, very poor customer service @EE @financialombuds @CitizensAdvice

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care
