    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

    @EE All I get from you when I send you a DM is you directing me to the EE help page. I am returning to O2. At least with THEM when I buy a £20.00 top up voucher they don't tell me my balance is zero after just one two minute phone call and a few text messages. Disgusted with EE.

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    @EE 2 yrs of money I had paid for a service and all I get is an apology no refund, goodwill gesture nothing. Check your bill people In case your over paying something you don't know about.

    @EE service is horrific, you have disconnected my 17yo daughters number, a mistake @EE admitted they made on saturday and she is still without a number or data, i have been told today you cant do anything till monday, Service is shocking, thats 10 days!

    I find @virginmedia's new ad about their "WiFi guarantee" a bit questionable. When I was a customer, I thought their WiFi was dogshit. @EE's WiFi is way better.

    @EE Can you update your website to clearly state when a Sim deal is DATA ONLY! Now stuck after an upgrade with no working phone and hours on hold trying to cancel!

    @EE do you know when the iPhone 14 pro purple 128 is coming back in stock.placed a new customer order with yourselves last Tuesday with it saying usually despatched within 7 days.on 10 day now with no update and now wondering if I should cancel my order and go elsewhere?

    The service at @EE is shocking by the way, wait for someone to answer for half an hour, get through then puts me on hold for another 20 mins and then hangs up. Absolute joke thank **** my contracts up.
