@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

I think it’s a bit strange how my @EE broadband hub stopped working. The network suddenly stopped appearing. They want to replace my hub with a new one to spy on me. It’s giving Zionist.

@EE have to be the worst internet provider in the UK right now Internet has been spotty at best for weeks. Got a new box and nothing changed, it’s still disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes Turned it off and on and still no improvement

Lovely customer service from @EE they have give me temporary unlimited data until my @bt_uk broadband is back up and running.
