    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @EE So I've been on my PS4 trying to play GT7 and I have connection issues. I thought it was their servers but I also can't watch Prime Video due to connection issues. So what's going on EE?

    @EE I have a problem with my @ring devices. The app is not working, neither is their website. They say they have no problems and it must be my internet provider EE. Everything else works ok. What do you think?

    @EE I'm a network engineer I don't need troubleshooting tips but thanks. What I would like, along with everyone else is an acknowledgement that there is an issue and that @EE are doing their best to resolve it in a timely manner. Making people queue on the phone isn't helping
