    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE guys your killing me, my call quality is soo bad it's unusable most of the times, and contacting some one is so difficult using the phone. EE is the self proclaimed best UK network, seems not for me 😭😭 I have about 8 months left on SIM only, something has to be done.

    @EE @SkyHelpTeam not sure who is at fault here, but on my iPhone 13 the fibre broadband barely works on the phone. I’m having to reset the network every 2-3 days and it’s infuriating!

    @EE Hi i had issues with my broadband and had called (5th) to see if there was a issue. an engineer appointment was made for Monday, I got home today and it was working so I called to cancel it, soon after it stopped working again. are there still issues in the fife area?

    @EE Hi I have a 5g plan and a 5g iPhone but for some reason I don’t get any faster than 4g but yet I’m connected to 5g and when I go somewhere else in the country it seems to be very fast which is unbelievable im paying for this service and it’s shocking

    @EE Hi, is there any update on the broadband outage in the KY2 area, is there at least a estimate time for it to be fixed. it's been out since Thursday and when I called your CS they said it had been fixed but another Rep said it hadn't and I'm still without Internet. thanks.

    Hello @EE I don't have any signal from you at all anywhere I go. It seemed to stop sometime around Christmas. At the moment I can only use my phone on WiFi. Any ideas?
