@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE are terrible phone providers ever. For over 4 years I’ve never had signal in my home. The moment I’ve requested for a pac code to leave they’ve gone and added a new contract on my business number? Surely this is illegal. This is very incompetent for a company as big as @EE
