    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I have to say your support is exceptionally poor. For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? I’m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks

    .@EE, why have I got little to no mobile signal in SW14? I'm reliant on mobile internet to do my job and I'm not even sure this tweet will send. I'm missing out on income and paying you for the privilege. Not good enough. I don't even have the signal to reliably get on the EE app

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?
