    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @virginmedia Obviously I can't text because I don't have any service 🙃 I'll have to manage with wifi then but will be sure to switch me and my son to @EE or @O2 soon, as we continually have frustrating problems with Virgin mobile and broadband that are bizarrely difficult to resolve. Thanks

    @EE Have 4 b’band accounts with you. I’ve used EE cos your Customer Service has been excellent. Sadly, no longer. Had an issue with you for 2 weeks & whilst trying to get WiFi working I’ve been promised 4 return calls. NONE HAVE HAPPENED. Please get it sorted #EE

    @EE I think what we need is @ee needs to invest in replacing this transmitter as it faulty why should we put up with it going down every week

    Once a great company, now shocking customer service from @EE. Nobody knows what they're doing. Paid for BT Sport big screen since November, still can't access it. Will be moving all of my accounts asap.

    @EE why, when I lon into My EE, can I not access any information? The app is shockingly slow, and when I eventually log in it says it can't provide any of my info regarding my contract. Been happening for over 3 months.
