Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE absolute shambles not having 4G in belfast today - still have no internet and depending on public wifi while away from home. Also couldn’t access train tickets which resulted in buying a new one. Shocking service.

@EE Mine has been down since 3pm !!! This is diabolical. We use our phones for business reasons. I got a text earlier, restarted as requested and it has not worked ever since !!! Coincidence?!?!?
