Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE Following on from my last tweet what is the quickest way of resolving this issue as my prior network provider contract ends tomorrow and I need access to data. There is physically no way of contacting @EE without having an ee number making it impossible.

@KHall1992 @EE That's a bit of a joke! I ordered mine on Friday last week. Paid for Sunday delivery, nothing arrived. Spoken to 5 different EE reps who all said it would arrive "tomorrow", then recieved a text to say it wouldn't be until the 10th, due to the pandemic! Seems like a poor excuse!

Shout out to @EE who just called out of the blue to knock 25% off my huge phone bill incurred from a Zoom dial-in call disaster in Dec, slightly softening this unfestive blow and genuinely making my week less awful. Unprompted, brilliant customer care 💪
