@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

@EE Why can't it be fixed? Try being honest about the problem. Tell people when it will be fixed. Or, turn off full fiber until you can manage it reliably! If my house gets robbed because the alarm isn't working, you will be in court!

@EE my 5G has been absolutely horrendous for over 24 hours now. Really struggling to have service for more than 2 minutes. Our home WiFi is also with EE, and that’s currently down too and apparently an engineer can’t come out until Thursday!!! Disgusting service atm.

Absolutely disgusted with @EE My elderly mum had mobile with them and pays DD. Added broadband in July. Can’t set up DD online; they need to send form. Every letter they send says ‘complete form on back’. Reverse blank. Called customer services after the 3rd one…

@EE Can you explain why your customer service keeps immediately closing my customer support tickets once I get off the phone? My phone account has de-synced so I can not view it online. This is a widely reported issue relating to your ongoing data transfer.
