    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @MCFC2012 @EE Not sure where you are based but we are in Cheshire with BRSK. Never had an issue with the Wi-Fi since we changed to BRSK.

    @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u
