    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @OpenreachHelp Can u plz connect our new build (newton mearns, glasgow) to the internet. I have no signal at the house with @EE and they suggest wifi calling which I can’t do until u connect the internet. I’m also due my baby ANYDAY!! Won’t be able to contact any1 when it comes

    @gempopmoo I’ve now got an unlimited mobile data package with @EE On my mobile I don’t need the above service any more glad to be rid of them just awaiting a envelope so I can send equipment back. B.

    @EE been trying to get in touch all week, nobody answers the phone and my email has not been acknowledged. Upgraded my smart watch, picked silver and when it arrived last week it was rose gold. Can someone help organise getting the correct item please?

    @EE getting through to your customer services is near impossible. Now it won’t connect me as it says you’re too busy. Please could somebody pm me about my upgrade as the confirmation email went to the wrong email address and I don’t know what the delivery details are. Thanks
