@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

@EE got my iPhone 13 as an upgrade, received the phone no problem on that side however it’s come with an additional sim car and has turnt out its additional device and contract which isn’t what I wanted. Just an upgrade. Can someone please advise? Been on hold for an 1hr now

Very disappointed by @EE customer services, after waiting on hold for half an hour, only to be hung up on as soon as the call answered. Then told to go online and check the help page. No ta.

Have you done something to the phone data signal in Streatham Hill recently? It’s even worse than before. The past few days I cant even use data let alone the even worse dropped phone calls in my area. Shocking & even worse signal now @EE

@EE Hi, all good thanks. To be honest I think EE should be quite angry with dpd for treating their customers badly, and maybe look at some workarounds if 3rd parties like dpd drop clangers like this. But for the moment, thanks to Matalan staff, the problem is resolved

Getting through to @EE customer services is ridiculous. Got given a number to call, the service I need that is stated in my letter isn't even an option on the number they gave me. Sort it out @EE 😠
