Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@jackfb22 @009Jaytee @EE I upgraded last month to the iPhone mini so I’m definitely within my contract haha. I was eligible for additional lines too so shouldn’t be a problem credit wise. Just a waiting game now. I actually worked for EE 2013-2017 lol
