Too late!

Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

It should be on record & I’m still waiting for a reply back. I just wanted to highlight the terrible service I’ve received.
