Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

@EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE been a customer for 20 years; with three lines and you can't beat an @TheO2 deal. Disappointed given I've stuck with you even though the reception at home is awful and I receive weekly texts to say an engineer is working on it ..& it could not be fixed. A perk customer too

@EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

@EE Anyone thinking of getting away from this cartel, I left for a £5 a month cheaper network and a non Samsung phone and haven't looked back. Don't let them take advantage of your loyalty!

Having to tether pc to iPhone @EE data as @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps dropping, great stability when working from home! Guaranteed speed 40mb but its only been 25mb for over 2mths now dropped to 23mb when it works! #SoHackedOff
