@EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE morning guys you've out the xbox series x stock you have at the minute at the bottom of your add to plan list and unsurprisingly it has crashed..... Been stuck where the Razer products are most of the way down your list and poppa wants an Xbox

@miascull @EE I had to email ThreeUK a scanned in copy of mine and they just did it too. Thing is, my bank name has updated, even though the account number/soco hasn't, so the direct debit will fail when renewed.

@EE Thank you for getting back to me I was able to contact customer services in the end who sorted my issue. Can you tell me how I claim my earnings buds please? I have purchased a samsung s21 ultra.
