@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE My internet is down it has been messing up for over 2 weeks now and today it just gave up. I've tried rebooting it and waiting and have had no success. Would be grateful if I could have some help. Regards

@EE please can you advise when there will be a fix in DN35 - it’s been going on for three days and I have 3 devices with you and means we can’t work as phone and mifi are all affected - status just keeps extending - paying for a non service here

@EE Still going down almost every hour now… the advisor told me earlier in the week that up to 20,000 people had the problem… I don’t want another call telling me to give it another 24 hours… I’ve done that for a week already.
