@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

I upgraded my phone with @EE, they've since decided not to honour the price shown in the order confirmation email and their response was that I can return the upgrade. Well thanks for the lack of customer care. Time to move elsewhere I think.

@nikolajht @EE I was setting up my new iPhone 14. eSim never connected to network and not activated, but my physical Sim on iPhone 12 was deactivated, I’m left with no service now. Downloading eSim from EE didn’t work because it requires the older sim which they deactivated already.

@ThePrizeForce @EE It’s a war of attrition. They want you to give up. Calling ScottishPower took 1h20 to get through, then bounced from one dept to another, each time back in the queue, total 4h30, and then they ignored their own resolution and back to sq1. Their mistakes always favour them🤔
