    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    @EE Still experiencing issues with different aspects of your service. This time, the digital voice intermittently works / is not working and was expecting a call about Thursday by 7pm and still no one has contacted us

    @EE I don't need to check it, it's because it's Leeds City Centre. When will you fix it so customers who pay for 4G/5G, can use it?

    @EE They've previously looked into it and cannot find an issue. But there clearly is. I'm also not spending another several hours on the phone. You know what to do to keep my custom.

    Called @EE , asked them to call my mum as her home phone not letting her dial out - they said they have no way of phoning out ! They will ask an engineer to investigate within 7 days! A phone company who is unable to call a customer in need of help?! Come on @EE , seriously ?

    @EE @jameskgregson The re app is mainly aimed at selling to you! I’ve been trying to get an update on a reported fault and it’s so far proved impossible. Not simple to find. Used help, clicked the ‘click here’ so far a flashing screen and endlessly circling circles!

    @EE your app is aimed at sales. Reported fault days ago and can’t find update but am offered lots of ‘deals’! Screen just flashes, won’t engage. So far have had a lot of problems & would like to see status of the work being done.
