In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

@spyfromberlin @gloucesterrugby @EE Yeah I had no EE reception at all at Kingsholm, there were quite a few outside with the same problem. Luckily mine was in my iPhone wallet. Not sure if EE was down in the area yesterday or if it’s a regular issue.

@EE Hi Rach, as far as I recall I just signed up to TV when I received the phone, So if I cancel the Apple subscription I will still have TV via the full works plan?

Well just had to contact @EE technical team and wow years of dealing with @VodafoneGroup and customer service another level. Contacted the tech team direct through the EE app and all fixed and sorted within about 20 minutes. Excellent service and really nice chaps. 5 star service
