@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

@EE Hello I’ve thought I arranged an upgrade a few days ago. Not had any email notifications, I can’t receive texts as my cellular data isn’t working on this phone. Can you help me with finding if I have my upgrade on its way to me? Thanks

@EE She was as confused as I was - it wasn't a security issue - more a routing issue

@EE trying to make an outgoing call and then getting calls from random numbers saying I’ve just called them. Is there a known issue?

@EE I understand but you can make it clear that you make no commitment that another data service/second line will be available. There is nothing anywhere to this effect, not even in the T&Cs. So people join to then just have to leave again. Also what is the actual wait time?

@EE Ok thanks when’s she home from work she will. However EE have an obligation to make this clear when a service is started. She’s only moved from BT Mobile because of her new watch, which you ‘support’. Unless maybe for some people you don’t but don’t tell them upfront.
