    @EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

    Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

    @EE we have one of your signal boosters and the last week it has been patchy and we have had to reset it multiple times. It is a necessity for our household as we do not have signal at home without it and not all of the phones are WiFi compatible... Any advice would be great!

    Anyone trying to arrange a phone upgrade with @EE - good luck! Absolutely terrible service it’s taken me 4 phone calls and 2 hours and the phone that should have been delivered today is now not coming until 4th December. Absolute crap!

    @evertonibrow @EE Yea all new phones come with no plug now . I thought it was just iPhone as it was on the news but when I got the s21 a few months ago opened box no plug **** sake.

    @EE Hi, can I have some help please? Ordered PS5 yesterday afternoon and I’m seeing people have either got theirs today or they know it’s coming tomorrow but I’ve heard nothing since I paid my £10. No email/text, no tracking info and I’m unable to track my order on your website.

    @EE I've googled this issue and people said that EE "reset" their account which fixed this issue. Is there any chance you could look at this please? It's meant to be quick and I need to get this working tonight so if you can't help please tell me so I can go elsewhere. Thanks
