@EE I seem to have lost 4G and can't get it back, have tried all the usual stuff. Can you help?

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

  • daverowson Dave Rowson (@daverowson) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE Sending it back, making me reorder - really !!!! Your website was poor took 3 attempts first time. Oh & she needed it quickly for work - absolute crap customer service - jobs worth processes too

  • paulpsynergy Paul Parkinson (@paulpsynergy) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE the usual shambolic level of service from your Harrogate store. Why can't your staff get even basic bits of information right. More inconvenience for me. Thanks very much for wasting my time.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

  • andrewinripon Andrew Newton (@andrewinripon) reported from Sharow, England

@EE very efficient service to deal with my lack of connection to the phone network. A chatty person on Tweet.

  • SmokeyDFU Smokey (@SmokeyDFU) reported

@EE my broadband went down which is fine. Big gaming tournament for money coming up, my first one and my entry into doing more, I'll just make a mobile hotspot and run it off that. Nope hotspot doesn't work or have internet connection. Chance is now gone.

  • Lanankuras Agris Bečmanis (@Lanankuras) reported from Galway City, Connaught

@EE Funny thing. Nowhere was about sending about Roam to 150. And when found i couldnt even manage to send. As it didnt even conected to network. And more fun stuff - i had roam add on. Which weird way was removed even by my notice.

  • georgie_kew Georgie Kew (@georgie_kew) reported

@EE terrible that you don’t do social tariffs like your competitors. My 84 mum is paying £45.46 per month for her services when she’s on tax and pension credits!! What’s your excuse? Apparently I have to go to BT even though that’s still you!

  • goldilockshist Warren Valentine (@goldilockshist) reported

@EE I haven’t got any signal at home, one bar which isn’t doing much for me. I’m in the Dartford area. Are there any issues?

  • TrevorSTFC Lest we forget (@TrevorSTFC) reported

@EE after weeks of no signal in the sn10 4.. area guess what. No signal today. Really ready to cancel my very long standing account with you now. You're taking the Mick...
