@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

Excuse me @EE I’m trying to cancel my contract and get my PAC code, I spent 30 mins in a phone queue only to get passed from one department to another and the second guy put the phone down! I don’t have endless hours to sit on your hold service, I just want to cancel!

Hi @EE I'm a customer of @sipgateUK and I have had constant ongoing issues for weeks with EE mobile phone numbers calling us. Your customers are often left unable to hear us. I've 19 seperate occasions logged over the last 4 days with this issue. SIPGate are aware. #mobileissues

@EE I ordered my iPhone 13 a whole two weeks ago and was told it would come in 7 days. I still haven't had an update nor have I been given an expected delivery date? Horrendous service honestly, making me reconsider my upgrade

@EE hiya, I’ve been trying to call out from my cell today and it just gives me three beeps of the disconnect and then disconnects. I have plenty of minutes, there’s supposedly no outage. I’ve not had this problem before. Please help!

@EE Hello, I'm unable to access voicemail and unable to call you on 150. And when I tried calling your 0800 number I was in hold for 10 minutes then you cut me off. Please can you let me know how the voicemail and 150 problem will be resolved...
