@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE Appaling service from you this week, did a deal on Wednesday with you for an iPhone 11, to be delivered on Thursday, even told which courier would deliver it. No phone has arrived and now looking like delivery after Christmas. Why lie to me on Wednesday??? 😡

@CambsGamer @EE Your not just the only one, spoke to someone at @EE earlier, and no help whatsoever told me to speak to sony! Couldn't believe what I was hearing. Messaged EE at about 0845 still no response! Think more are the same too
