In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

Hardly, up there in terms of problems...But @EE your broadband is crap and keeps dropping out when I'm working from home. I've switched to Now. @sainsburys you sold me strawberries that were best before 4th Jan, by 3rd they looked like a petri dish covered in fur - sort it out

@EE is there anything I can do about my signal at home, I can't make or receive phone calls as it cuts out constantly or makes me and them sound like robots. Not good when working from home and using my phone for calls.

@EE My phone was stolen on NYE on commute. 2 weeks later and no sign of my replacement sim. @RoyalMail appears too overburdened to rely on atm. I’m more than happy to pay for special delivery etc. Just need my phone desperately for work. Please please help me with a solution.

@EE been trying to call you about the rubbish service. Cant make calls, having trouble receiving calls. Reception terrible for the last 2 weeks. Been hanging on to speak to you. After 15 minutes the phone just cut off. How are you expected to work????

Now @ee have me beefing customer service people. Which I HATE doing. I’ve worked the phones I know they aren’t paid enough for this crap nor do they have any power. BUT your employer is moving mad. So now we are here 🙃

Why is @EE such a **** network? 4g barely working today, having to restart my phone just send messages. Wifi is terrible having to reset at least twice a week.

@EE #5G #network Same unreliable useless EE 5G service. I am in London West End and calls keep dropping, internet slow. Phone showing 3G signal. 4G was better. EE network service is going backwards. 👎🏻
