  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE the usual shambolic level of service from your Harrogate store. Why can't your staff get even basic bits of information right. More inconvenience for me. Thanks very much for wasting my time.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

  • paulpsynergy Paul Parkinson (@paulpsynergy) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

  • daverowson Dave Rowson (@daverowson) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE Sending it back, making me reorder - really !!!! Your website was poor took 3 attempts first time. Oh & she needed it quickly for work - absolute crap customer service - jobs worth processes too

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

  • andrewinripon Andrew Newton (@andrewinripon) reported from Sharow, England

@EE very efficient service to deal with my lack of connection to the phone network. A chatty person on Tweet.

  • col456ander Driver Col..... (@col456ander) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE I seem to have lost 4G and can't get it back, have tried all the usual stuff. Can you help?

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

  • Terranoire Terranoire (@Terranoire) reported

@EE People are already paying you for their service. That should cover you providing them the services they pay for.

  • Wasifahmed97 واصف الدين (@Wasifahmed97) reported

@EE very slow data at the moment Is there a reason for this

  • confusedotter joe (@confusedotter) reported

@EE some increase is understandable but… 15%?! one month in?! i guess EE are no different to any other large U.K. company raking their profits in right now while we take the hit. i wouldn’t mind as much if i didn’t have issues at every step of this upgrade already

  • asleightproblem 𝚜𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚎𝚣𝚎 (@asleightproblem) reported

@EE rising my bill price by £8.97 a month when I get **** signal EVERYWHERE is an absolute con. Next year I’m going elsewhere. Absolutely fuming.

  • laurawood2018 laura wood (commins) (@laurawood2018) reported

@EE if I have BT sport large screen as an add on. Can I just cancel? I can't seem to "remove" in my ee app

  • arw84 Adam Whiteley (@arw84) reported from Wakefield, England

@EE @MBowater So everyone should expect 14% extra speed and data then if you are investing to increase from your current customer base. More like top bosses in for a bumper bonus.

  • DavesSonDave DT (@DavesSonDave) reported

@EE @MBowater Pay for it then! An increase in users is in no way a defence. Infrastructure investment shouldn’t come at cost pre-existing customers. **** @ee

  • Shaunie1975 Your Average Schmo! (@Shaunie1975) reported

@EE could some please explain. Whilst roaming in Germany with automatic network selection. I connect to o2-de and get edge connection. Switch to manual and select o2-de I get 4 or 5g connection

  • holliejaayne hollie williams (@holliejaayne) reported

@EE i understand it going up but £7 extra a month is taking the mick, i already pay £50 a month and it was £42 when i took out my contact, it is ridiculous. i can’t even get signal in my own home because it’s so crap. times are hard and people are struggling as it is…

  • jameshutch78 James Hutchins (@jameshutch78) reported

So after @EE tried to sell me a £50 a month phone & me finally getting them down to £43 they’ve now messaged me saying my bill is going up £6 a month from March. These bastards get what they want in the end. #ee #pisstakers #moneygrabbers
