    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE Almost a month since placed my upgrade order Phone sent to wrong addresses, couriers returning phones for unknown reasons, one min in stock next not. Customer service has been completely embarrassing! Never experienced such poor upgrade service or service from a company like this

    @EE hi I've tried to port my number twice (been with ee before ported out and back in again) but its been 2 weeks nothing.. then phoned customer service 150 waited 20mins then instantly put phone down on my when answered..
