@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

20 min hold to speak to @EE Level 2 support to set up my @AppleSupport Watch Ultra 3 data plan - everyone on @EE having same issue hence hold time... It's 2025 guys, how is it this hard?

@EE I’ve just removed the £20 spend cap and re-added a £30 spend cap. Had SMS to confirm both and still have the same problem. I get an automated voice message saying I need to dial*611 for assistance, then it disconnects.

@EE hi, broadband has been struggling for the last few days, after a long battle got through to a technician on Wednesday evening, apparently we need a new power supply for our router, it’s still not arrived. The likes of Amazon would get it here in 24 hours. We now have no TV, radio etc and no options as we line in an area with a poor 3G signal. Help

Really annoyed Now. with @EE. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. Was told the device would be delivered before 20th. Now they saying it’s gonna be up to 28 days. Totally unacceptable. What makes it even worse is the fact that my Friend Joined @EE From Three. Ordered the device Monday and got his yesterday. (So new customers being prioritized over existing customers, That is a bad way to retain customers in the long run)

@EE my iPhone 17 pro was out for delivery today and was given a notification that I didn’t give the required PIN number… no one even attempted delivery. DPD are now shut and they lied to me on the phone saying that they would contact the driver to deliver tonight. Crap service.
