    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @EE really poor service I placed an order on last Friday 18th everything was fine all in stock etc got advised it would be delivered today so waited in all day nothing has turned up so I ring and get told it’s out of stock yet it wasn’t when I ordered on Friday and payed 😡

    @EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

    @EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

    @EE There is an option to cast and when I do it either says I need to get a bt account or there’s sound but no picture, I previously had an Android phone and never had a problem casting

    @EE Just checked my credit score with my banking app. It’s telling me that I defaulted on a payment with u in January 2018. Not sure how as all my bills from u come out by DD. I can only think that I might have received credit on my account due 2 signal issues. Can u rectify?

    @EE I’d love to what the stupid prices for broadband is going towards? Sure as **** isn’t the broadband. Get better wifi signal from my nan’s armpit. Got Kevin Bacon rattling off some shite on TV, when the money you pay him for that pish could go towards improving your wifi! 😴

    Just went to renew my Thai mobile package = $50 for 6 months of unlimited, excellent speeds. In the UK I pay that EVERY MONTH and can’t even get coverage at my house in Gloucestershire with @EE such poor regulation in UK
