@_itssophia What in the… if @EE send me the same email with the same rise in costs, I might have to cancel straight away. No way am I paying those increases. What an utter joke.

@LifeByStills @EE @GarySaddler2 No they don’t but given inflation is what it is including energy and fuel price rises their costs will have risen. Will be interesting to see what increases are for new contracts. It begs the question as to what is a fair increase for them and the customer.

@EE Great that… but I never have signal! I also don’t have any add ons. And only use 5gb out of 40 a month. So WHAT exactly am I paying £85 pounds for?

Took a day off for @EE to install super speedy broadband for the engineer to not show up - no update or anything. Not filling me with confidence abt changing provider. Have been a loyal mobile customer with them for umpteen years, too. Expected better

So... just had a message from @EE saying my monthly bill will increase by 14.1% (CPI) plus another 3.9% (yes folks, that's 18%) on 1st March 2023. These companies think you'll just lie down and take it. Today I'll be on the hunt for a better phone and broadband deal.

@EE @ChookzN Should concentrate more on getting basic phone signal across the country. In this day and age, with the money you charge, that should really be possible.

@EE sent a replacement sim, cancelled that, then were rude on the phone for 1.5 hours because they couldn't fix it, went to the store (as advised) they got me another sim, now they've cancelled that. What am I actually paying for? #BreachOfContract
