@EE @MyTatasAreHot So the company can charge customers extra when they want but when we want to leave our contract early we have to pay? Absolutely disgusting. my whole bill is going up £22 a month and all I got was it’s all customers not just you, customer service is shocking now.

@EE Trying to talk to someone is like pulling teeth, #EE Customer Service has turned into the typical menu after menu fiasco - 5 menus later I receive the same message which takes me back to STILL not speaking to someone. Wish I’d cancelled my contract now 😡

@EE @MarcAllera both EE and Marc allera in my oppinion hate you as a customer, based on my experience with them they hate anyone who takes issues with them, they treat you as a customer like scum that don't deserve your time. They are quite literally the worst company ever

@EE Can’t afford price hike. It is ridiculous during the current climate. Terms and conditions or not. My mobile B-road band is going up £8 and my mobile plan almost £10. £18 per month price hike. Something has to be done clearly, as I see lots of customers have same complaint
