I’ve noticed that in several popular/fairly densely populated places around the north-east, @EE service is absolutely shocking (York and surrounds especially). Then, trying to top up a 4G wifi device is akin to jumping through endless loops whilst working out the enigma machine.

Hey @EE, so you know, I’m so utterly, completely, totally sick of your advert, I wouldn’t use your service if you paid me £200 a month. £300 I MIGHT consider it. As long as I only need to use it a month, but you pay me for life.

@LoverOfTechBA @EE I'm so disappointed on my s22ultra battery, I'm thinking buying a Powerbank to have with me because this battery is so bad. Everybody hyping up this new snapdragon chip but you prove it's the same as always.

@bethanct @EE The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
