Stephen Chapman (@chappy_ste) reported from Hartlepool, England@EE really poor service I placed an order on last Friday 18th everything was fine all in stock etc got advised it would be delivered today so waited in all day nothing has turned up so I ring and get told it’s out of stock yet it wasn’t when I ordered on Friday and payed 😡

It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

However, now when I try use to it states "we're unable to find an active BT Sport sub on this account". But the benefit is still active. Please help.

George Land (@george_a_land) reported@AllieRenison @EE Take the faceplate off the bt wall box and plug the router into the ‘engineer’ socket inside. Buy a new micro filter also, they can fail and cause that problem.
