  • RyderBike Chris Ryder (@RyderBike) reported from Hartlepool, England

  • Mr395008 Mr395008 (@Mr395008) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

  • stegley1981 steve barnes (@stegley1981) reported from Sunderland, England

@EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

  • L17aamLiam Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • Paula_H25 paula hudson (@Paula_H25) reported from Hetton-Le-Hole, England

@EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

  • Bailz84 David Bailey (@Bailz84) reported from Durham, England

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

  • RyderBike Chris Ryder (@RyderBike) reported from Hartlepool, England

@EE There is an option to cast and when I do it either says I need to get a bt account or there’s sound but no picture, I previously had an Android phone and never had a problem casting

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  • chrisfruss Chris Russ (@chrisfruss) reported from Spennymoor, England

MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • AbitofCharlieb Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  • shahanchowdhury Shahan Chowdhury™ © (@shahanchowdhury) reported from Walker Gate, England

@EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

  • veecollins Vee Collins (@veecollins) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ob999666 @EE @EE is indeed down, big UK outtage

  • LPearmanPhotos Laura Pearman Headshots Photographer (@LPearmanPhotos) reported from South Shields, England

@EE Hey! Can I report a phishing scam to you. Just got a dodgy text about a phoney bill issue. #phishing #PunIntended

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

  • weeweegie Alan D'Arcy (@weeweegie) reported from Washington, England

@EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! 😢

  • RachelLBriggs Rachel Briggs (@RachelLBriggs) reported from Sunderland, England

I don’t know who needs to hear this but do NOT set up a contract with @EE absolutely terrible customer service/website

  • sedge1989 Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, England

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

@EE Broadband. Apparently engineers are trying to fix it. Fingers crossed!

  • maz1247 Maz Forbes (@maz1247) reported

@EE is there any update on the Internet outage in the PL20 area yet?

  • MrsRSole1 Mrs R Sole 🤪 (@MrsRSole1) reported

@dartsgoldie @EE I switched to Tesco Mobile last month. No changes to charges for the full 2 years of the contract. Coverage (as they use O2 Network) is much the same as EE. I had been with EE for over 10 years. Definitely did the right thing leaving EE.

  • rik_mckenna Rikki McKenna (@rik_mckenna) reported

@EE I would love to hear your feedback on this. Paying at extra £87 pound extra is not acceptable. You cannot hide behind customer service, when it has got a lot worse! People want answers, someone commented there paying an extra £10 per month! Unacceptable!

  • graemesfountain Graeme Fountain (@graemesfountain) reported

Thanks a lot @EE! How you feel a 3.9% on top of inflation is a fair price hike god only knows! Disgraceful behaviour! Just greed! I will be running my contract down and moving to a company that values 25 years custom! At least **** Turpin had the common decency to wear a mask!

  • darc_carver Darcy (@darc_carver) reported

@mikey_9fingers @EE Been with EE since it changed from T-mobile I was aware of the increase they charge and it’s never been over £1.50 in their annual increase but £5.72 a month extra is a complete and utter joke! Will be switching to Vodafone come October knew I should of gone with them last year

  • webby2784 Steven Webb 🌸😊🇺🇦 (@webby2784) reported

@EE @dartsgoldie It’s disgraceful, if a customer has singled a contract with you for certain price you shouldn’t be able to increase the price to the pay for your overheads. It’s the second time in 18 months that my price has increased, gone up by £9 per month since the start of my contract.

  • 111Alfredd22 Alfiè63.. (@111Alfredd22) reported

@EE .. Can I be contacted re the ongoing issue with my phone line/ Broadband.. Ongoing since last week

  • nationalismfor1 Nationalism for dummies🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@nationalismfor1) reported

@EE EE - 3.9% rise above RPI in monthly costs for a mobile phone - disaster capitalism at its worst. Profiteering scum!
