@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE The lights on the router are fine, and my devices stay connected: However the upload/download and general connection quality changes from active, to nothing, to active again within seconds - I would like to reiterate that this isn't just me, given reports on other outage sites.
