@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE No, those specifications are for the legion go non s. I have already raised a complaint about this and about the windows version. Can you state what specifications this model has? For the price you are requesting this should be z2gp, 32gb ram and 1tb ssd. Can you confirm?

@EE I had this flagged for some time now and at present this is misleading customers. Looking at your forums, many customers have also logged a complaint about this specific device because they have received the incorrect specifications.
