@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

So @EE cannot get you out of a contract regardless of how extraordinary the situations are however, they can increase the agreed monthly cost by £10?! In return I got terrible customer service and no help whatsoever.
