@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE I appreciate you didn’t write that, and it’s company policy but that’s a load of bs. When I was in O2 their increase on my bill was 62p. Yours is £1.86. I’m only with you because you have best service round here so I can still work if broadband is down, but service is down again.

@EE What’s going on recently? The signal has been constantly going down at least 2 times a week in the TW7 area with “engineers fixing the problem”. This is starting to become a problem now where I’m unable to use my phone throughout the day. I need some sort of compensation.

@mellotrono @EE Another stroke of genius or two from EE. Automated texts x 2 at 7am yesterday. Call at 8am today (Sunday: 'tech support will call you back within 10 mins.' LOL). I shouldn't need to say this: companies, it is *not ok* to call customers before 9am without consent. Don't do this.

@VodafoneUK It’s all the time. Your chat bot is awful and your phone line is designed to drive traffic to the chat bot or an automated service. Poor service. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Ill be going back to @EE No wonder you’re the worst rated provider…

Just had a call from @EE as a result of their rubbish service. Managed to cut our mobile network access off completely for several days - by following their instructions during a support call! Only a physical shop visit fixed it. #Useless #fail #timeforanewsupplier

@EE Yeah I did it through the Samsung website evertime I contacted them I get either "can you confirm the delivery address" or " sorry for the delay we are experiencing technical problems" the latter hardly reassuring from a tech company.
