    @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

    @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

    Upgraded phone yesterday with @ee as current phone completely broken. Was told could get phone delivered today by #dpd. Spoke to ee at 13:15 to be told it wasnโ€™t in stock (delay in stock levels being updated on systems) but was now in stock & had been picked up by dpdโ€ฆ

    Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst Iโ€™m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but thatโ€™s 14.4% less money Iโ€™ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

    @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

    @EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

    @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

    @EE app is busted and the login page loops. Thanks for taking away useful functionality from the router and sticking it in an app that breaks half the time.

    If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay ยฃ122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

    @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same
