@EE are you trying to Appeal to a younger customer base with your latest (ad nauseum) advertising campaign? If you are, then using the senile geriatric Actor that is Kevin Bacon isn't gonna help. Also, try using someone British...

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE That doesn't seem like a tangible benefit to me - your service is already award winning, no? Additionally, why not just let me pay extra for uncapped data if I go over the allowance? I know I'm only one person but you'll be losing me to Three at renewal time.

@EE @MagicBoyUK @EE say "But we face incredible pressures to continue to invest in our network" So they don't want to invest, they face incredible pressures. Never used to be an issue, the partnerships could still be had across the EU/World. This is the companies choice What a poor response

Mark ‘Tucker’ Todd-Carty

@EE @Kb19031160 How exactly does this relate to the NHS? I wasn’t actually that bothered about the roaming charge thing because I rarely visit the EU but this lazy and ill thought-out response has made me seriously consider whether I wish to remain a customer of @EE

@EE Hi...do the new EU roaming charges only apply to new customers or existing customer upgrades contracted after 7th July? So if I don't upgrade I won't incur this charge?
-
Luke Austin

@EE you're a joke, going back on your promise not to charge EU roaming charges, will never go with you based on that alone
-
Bruno Alves de Sousa

@CaptSauve @EE Yup I’ll be doing the same. I’m not that faithful that I’ll let a network screw me over. As someone that travels quite often2 Portugal I rely on readily available data. I won’t b paying more money on top of what I pay already 4 unlimited data. Can we hv some clarification @EE ?
