People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

It's paired plan so the data is never used, but yet I can't transfer the data to my phone account which the watch does use. I'm literally paying for nothing.
