@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

@EE my new sim went active earlier but app doesn't work. Logged in with my username/password did the text code process nothing happens. Tried deleted app and trying process again same result. Not a good start. Also my plan appears to be £2 p/m more than price offered on phone

@EE just been waiting to get through to someone for 25 minutes to get PAC code, got through eventually just to have your agent hang up on me after couple of minutes. Can't get PAC online/SMS, only way is to call, waste of my morning so far 🤬

@EE can't gift data to a number in my plan when they run out of data. Had the exact same issue back in 2017. Surprised it's still a thing. Not to worry, plan refreshes tomorrow though, just think it should be looked into though.
