Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?

shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic
