Unhelpful and backchatting in retentions and now feel trapped! Funny how one bad experience after years of loyalty can knock your trust!

She has made a complaint which EE decided to close 4 times without resolution! They are being so unhelpful and keep being difficult for the sake of it. It's disgusting.

Same as always. Your customer service also critiqued other customers over resolving. Horrid company. Leaving as soon as I can do!
