First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? Gav (@aftertheflood_) reported@_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same
