You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

@EE Hi was on the phone yesterday & they confirmed there’s a fault in my area but its not a priority for you guys to fix as you didn’t know what was causing the fault. It’s getting worse and worse we’ve got four EE devices in our household and we’re struggling to make calls

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

  • stevew_pfc steve (@stevew_pfc) reported from Cramlington, England

@EE speaking to Amber Foster & Jade Muir. They have no idea of customer service and just insist on making the situation worse. #Poor Try and employ people who can do the job!!!! 75 mins and no further forward to

  • lcrawford1983 Laura Crawford (@lcrawford1983) reported from Langley Park, England

  • DougJBacon TheGingerDigest (@DougJBacon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@EE hi we're having daily problems with our broadband, despite you sending someone out 3 weeks ago and said they fixed it. they unplugged the microfilter, even though your helpdesk said it was a line problem external to the house. the router needs rebooting daily, signal drops

My house without the @EE signal booster! 🤙🏻😍 ..... (N.B. @EE Had to send me said signal booster after years of shit signal & hours of complaining to them about it! And you can tell @kevinbacon that his career peaked after ‘The River Wild’ the melt) #MoneyGrabbingBastards

  • Whitby_Born 🎶🌸ⓈⓉⒺⓋⒺ🌸🎶 (@Whitby_Born) reported from South Shields, England

@Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

As expected @EE never cares about customer relationship and thus had not replied. @VodafoneUK @O2 if you have better options for me with 500 min India calls per month then please contact me I will port my number

  • jstep__ Josh Stephenson (@jstep__) reported from Birtley, England

@EE Would I be able to ask what is happening with the signal tower in Birtley (Gateshead in Newcastle). Most people have 1 or no signal in my area.

  • DougJBacon TheGingerDigest (@DougJBacon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • stusmithdotcom Stuart Smith (@stusmithdotcom) reported

@EE I get all that, and I have had no issue with the smaller increases I’ve had previously mid contract. But this is over £10 extra per month taking both contracts into account. Alot when I could get a better deal elsewhere.

  • SadeAdanna Sadé (@SadeAdanna) reported

@ReeOpoku @EE Same! And never looking back

  • StacyBetts86 Stacy 💙 (@StacyBetts86) reported

@EE Another automatic response not actually addressing what you are doing to your customers in times of crisis don’t worry my contract ends in august and I’ll be leaving as soon as I can as no other network robs as much as EE

  • scott_m_me Scott Mooney (@scott_m_me) reported

@BelvedereVicar @EE In my case I'd estimate the network service element of the contract is less that 1/3 of the monthly total. Probably closer to 1/4. There is no way their financing costs on the phones has gone up 14%. It's largely a margin grab (in my view).

  • spades142 Lee Davies (@spades142) reported

@EE Thank you EE, although I’m not disputing this fact. I’m merely stating that you WILL along with oil & gas companies, be posting record profits in 12 months time on the back of customer ‘hardships’.

  • autismsupport22 autism support💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@autismsupport22) reported

@Beth_Tastic @edwardsmum2011 @EE It's ethical sales vs ripping off your customer. I have ¼ of 1 GB monthly data as I go from WiFi to WIFI and send an email or WhatsApp most on mobile data.

  • StormChaser22 🇺🇦 Thomas 🇺🇦 (@StormChaser22) reported

@EE your stupid app for android is on a login loop! Can't login! My account is locked! Deliberate delays?

  • autismsupport22 autism support💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@autismsupport22) reported

@Beth_Tastic @edwardsmum2011 @EE On your bills see how much you actually use. Compare to a new customer and see what discount you get. I hate commission fed sales bods I was one so make them work so so hard.

  • Truecrime_70 Truecrime_70 (@Truecrime_70) reported

@EE Would be alright if I could get a signal in uk never mind turkey

  • therroneill Richard O'Neill (@therroneill) reported

@TsuiAllen @Beth_Tastic @EE All that awful advertising has gotta be paid for. One day companies might realise that great service and a fair price might win and keep customers.
