Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Xander (@xanderwasserman) reported@SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Might be a stupid question, but have you considered @Starlink?
-
Jake King (@JakeyKing) reported@DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately
-
Halloween Jack (@red_mutant_eyes) reported@EE You already know about this issue. It’s just taking a very long time to fix and it’s the second time in two weeks.
-
DragonsofWales (@DragonsofWales) reportedShout out to @EE for wrecking thousands of people’s WiFi routers with their latest firmware update and, in their usual style, doing nothing to fix it. Don’t bother replying to this, EE. I am done talking to you. Time for us all to vote with our wallets.
-
Me (@shawtty64) reported@GorwayGlobal @EE Their website is so bad.... im always on the phone to them. They take your name, say ses there is a problem, add you to a list available say it will be back to normal in 24Hrs
-
Gill Clarke 🐝 (@Gillykins58) reported@MCFC2012 @EE Not sure where you are based but we are in Cheshire with BRSK. Never had an issue with the Wi-Fi since we changed to BRSK.
-

-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
-
Alan 🏴 🇬🇧⚡ (@AlanHeycock) reported@SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Keep the device, i did. Purchase a 1pmobile sim (EE) problem solved and so much cheaper. I use it as a mobile router when i am selling at markets. £10 a month.
