  @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  @EE what a disgrace!! Best customer service?? I don’t think so. Phone stolen and reported immediately to EE who FAILED TO BLOCK IT! Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

  ffs @EE sort your 150 crap out. Trying to pay my bill Option 1, to pay your bill, Option 2 to pay someone else's bill or Press star for something else. Doesn't let you press star just repeats that same options over & over. so can you get someone from EE to call me.
