I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....

Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
