First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.
