With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

This reward card is now non-functional for no apparent reason. I held up my end of the bargain in this contract. Why don't you sort this out as it's a poor reflection of EE.
