With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.
