    @EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

    @justnvc @EE I had a similar experience with the house my ex bought. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
