First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know it’s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isn’t working.
