@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@madebygoogle I know! The handset freezes constantly then becomes completely unresponsive. I've tried a factory reset and not copying any data across at all but still get the same issues. Have to wait for @EE to provision my SIM before ordering a replacement. Could be weeks 😞
