Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
