Louise (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Gateshead, England@EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. Iam Burn Photography (@IamBurnPhoto) reported from Whitburn, England@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?
-
Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.
-
Robby #StayHome #SaveLives (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@EE any chance of a response to the DM I sent please? Vulnerable customer here asking many times for help.

-
ItzCyberCell (@ItzCyberCell) reportedA bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay £96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads
-
Sparky (@sparkyuk11) reported@EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.
-
Dave Thompson (@dave7hompson) reported@EE hey I’m currently roaming and cannot make or receive calls, how do I get in touch? The app only provides phone numbers to contact (which of course are not working)

-
Matthew Watts (@Matthew_G_Watts) reported@EE Not helpful when I have neither WiFi nor mobile internet. I'm probably out of pocket to the tune of ~£250 for missing out on a day of contracting plus a £40 train journey to get to somewhere with WiFi. I want to make an official complaint and, inevitably, when you don't do...
